Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest petlownica przeznaczo¬ na do tworacnia petli walcowanego pasma po wprowa¬ dzaniu mettriu do nastepnej klatki walcowniczej ukfcdu ciaglego.Znane sa petlownice, w których pede z walcowanego pasma tworzy sie za pomoca rolki odchylanej ukladem dzwigni sterujacych, badz przez obracanie o kat 90° albo o kat 180° rynny posiadajacej ksztalt litery U, prowadza¬ cej walcowane pasmo.Wada znanej konstrukcji petlowmc jest skompliko¬ wany mechanizm wychylania rolki, w konstrukcji któ¬ rego nalezy uwzglednic sily potrzebne do sterowania pasmem tak, aby nie nastapilo zerwanie pasma.Celem wynalazku jest opracowanie konstrukcji pet- lownicy, która umozliwi tworzenie petli walcowanego pasma bez wywierania na pasmo dodatkowych sil.Cel ten zostal osiagniety w ten sposób, ze petlownica jest wyposazona w rynne prowadzaca pasmo, natomiast tworzenie petli odbywa sie za pomoca uchylnego dna rynny, osadzonego na ramionach dzwigni, które przegu¬ bowo zamocowane sa na wale umieszczonym w kons¬ trukcji nosnej. Drugie ramie dzwigni jest polaczone z silownikami sterujacymi. Jeden z silowników jest pola¬ czony z umieszczonym na drugim koncu walu mechaniz¬ mem utrzymujacym rynne w polozeniu zamknietym.Silownik ten dziala na zasadzie zwalniania energii spre¬ zyny, która zwalniana jest mechanizmem utrzymujacym rynne, stanowiacym sprzegloelektromagnetyczne. Drugi silownik jest polaczony rozlacznie z koncem ramienia dzwigni utrzymujacej dno rynny.Rozwiazanie to cechuje przede wszystkim ograniczony czas tworzenia petli, co ma bardzo duze znaczenie dla prawidlowego prowadzenia pasma.Równiez na osiagniecie korzystnych skutków wyna¬ lazku ma wplyw stosowanie blyskawicznie dzialajacego silownika sprezynowego, dzieki któremu nastepuje utworzenie petli. W zwiazku z tym regulowanie pasmem w czasie trwania petli nie wymaga oddzialywania dodat¬ kowych sil sterujacych.Przedmiot wynalazku jest dokladniej uwidocznionyw przykladzie wykonania na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 — przedstawia uklad petlownicy pasm w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 — petlownice w widoku z góry, a fig. 3 przekrój petlownicy wedlug linii A—A na fig. 1.Petlownica pasma sklada sie z konstrukcji nosnej 1,na której zabudowane^a: rynna 2 prowadzaca walcowane pasmo 3, ulozyskowany wal 4 z zamocowanymi do walu dzwigniami 5 podtrzymujacymi uchylne dno 6, silownik sprezynowy 7, cylinder dwustronnego dzialania 8 pneu¬ matyczny lub hydrauliczny, hamulec lub sprzeglo elek¬ tromagnetyczne 9. A disadvantage of the known loop structure is the complicated mechanism for tilting the roll, the design of which must take into account the forces needed to control the strip so that the strip does not break. The aim of the invention is to develop a structure of a firebox that allows the creation of a loop of a rolled strand without exerting additional forces on the strand. This goal was achieved in such a way that the looper is equipped with a strand guiding gutter, while the formation of loops is performed by means of a tilting gutter bottom mounted on the lever arms which are articulated on the shaft located in supporting structure. The second lever arm is connected to the steering cylinders. One of the actuators is connected to a mechanism on the other end of the shaft that keeps the gutters closed. This actuator operates by releasing the energy of the spring, which is released by the mechanism holding the gutter, which is an electromagnetic clutch. The second actuator is connected separately to the end of the lever arm that holds the bottom of the gutter. This solution is mainly characterized by a limited loop formation time, which is very important for the proper guiding of the strand. The use of an instant-acting spring actuator also contributes to the achievement of the beneficial effects of the invention. which the loop is created. Therefore, the regulation of the band during the loop does not require the action of additional control forces. The subject of the invention is more precisely illustrated in the embodiment example in the drawing, in which fig. 1 - shows the arrangement of the strand looper in a front view, fig. 2 - loops in the top view, and Fig. 3 a section of the looping machine according to the line A-A in Fig. 1. The strand loafer consists of a supporting structure 1, on which: a channel 2 guiding a rolled strip 3, a shaft 4 with levers attached to the shaft 5 supporting a tilting bottom 6, a spring actuator 7, a double-acting cylinder 8, pneumatic or hydraulic, a brake or an electromagnetic clutch 9. When rolling the strip without tension in the cages in a continuous system, the band 3 should be run between the following rolling mills I and 11 by means of a guide trough 2 closed at the bottom with a bottom 6. During the passage of the rolled strip 3 between neighboring mills, the tilting bottom of the guide trough 2 is held in the closed position by means of a brake or an electromagnetic clutch 9 attached to the end of the shaft 4. After the band 3 enters the roll of the next rolling mill 11, the brake is released or the brake is released or the clutch 9 is released and the bottom is quickly lifted 6 of the trough 2 by a spring actuator 7 acting on the frame of the lever 5 enabling the formation of a lower loop. The cylinder 8 is pneumatic or hydraulic - after actuating the levers 5 and closing the levers 6 trough 2 by means of a spring motor 7 acting on the frame of the guide lever 5, and by squeezing the spring actuator 7 and grasping the shaft 4 with a brake or electromagnetic clutch 9 - it returns to its original position, enabling another quick deflection of the bottom 6 of the guide trough 2 by means of a spring actuator 7.
