1 przedstawia schemat elektrohydraulicznego zamknietego ukladu napedowego suportu tokarki, a fig. 2 - schemat wzaje¬ mnego usytuowania obydwu nozy. Powstaly sygnal sprzezenia zwrotnego porów¬ nywany z sygnalem wejsciowym w wezle sumujacym, wzmocniony i przetworzony zostaje w bloku elektroni¬ cznym 6, na róznice pradów plynacych w cewkach przet¬ wornika elektrohydraulicznego 7. Przesterowania przet¬ wornika 7 powoduje ruch tloka silownika hydrauliczne¬ go 1 w kierunku przeciwnym do posuwu mechanicznego suportu. *& 2 Prac. The aim of the invention is to develop a drive system ensuring the stabilization of the cutting force in the process of turning materials with randomly variable hardness. The essence of the invention is that a sensor for measuring the cutting force is mounted in the holder. The sensor is connected via a measuring amplifier and an electronic block with an electro-hydraulic converter coupled to a hydraulic actuator. The electrohydraulically driven knife is moved against the mechanically driven knife in the direction opposite to the feed by a value depending on the variation of its displacements and shifted angularly in the opposite direction to the direction of rotation of the object being turned. The advantage of the system, according to the invention, is that it provides stabilization cutting force when turning materials of randomly varying hardness. The length of the turned materials does not affect the variations in the cutting force. The tool life of the turning knives is automatically increased and the dimensional and dimensional accuracy and the smoothness of the machined surface are improved. 2 is a diagram of the relative positioning of both knives. The electro-hydraulic closed drive system is a hydraulic actuator 1 connected to the tool holder 2 of the knife 3, on which the sensor 4 measuring the cutting force is mounted. The sensor 4 is connected via the measuring amplifier 3 and the electronic block 6 with an electrohydraulic converter 7 coupled to a hydraulic cylinder 1. The system is supplied from a hydraulic source of constant pressure 1. The electrohydraulic drive system is connected to a known mechanical drive system, as a result, the total feed consists of mechanical feed and hydraulic feed. The knife 3 is relative to the mechanically driven knife, extended in the direction opposite to the feed by a value depending on the variation of its displacements and shifted angularly against the direction of rotation of the turned workpiece lt. Operation of the electro-hydraulic closed drive system is as follows. As soon as the blade of the knife 3 hits an incision with a higher hardness in the material to be cut, the cutting force measured by the sensor 4, cooperating with the measuring amplifier 5, increases. The feedback signal is compared to the input signal in the summing node, reinforced and processed It remains in the electronic block 6 against the difference in currents flowing in the coils of the electrohydraulic converter 7. The overdriving of the converter 7 causes the piston of the hydraulic cylinder 1 to move in the opposite direction to the advance of the mechanical carriage. Thereby, the cross-section of the cutting layer is reduced, thereby reducing the value of the cutting force, to the amount that is generated by the input signal generator. The knife 9 smoothes the undulating surface resulting from cutting with a knife. 3.
