Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urzadzenie do transportowania i sortowania dlugich przedmiotów, zwlaszcza belek drewnianych, zawierajace przenosnik rolkowy, którego rolki maja ksztalt dwóch stozków scietych zwróco¬ nych ku sobie wierzcholkami i osadzonych na wspólnej osi ulozyskowanej w ramie przenosnika oraz zawierajace wyrzutnik dlugich przedmiotów skladajacy sie z wyrzucajacych ramion zamocowanych do ramy przenosnika, a usytuowanych w przestrzeniach miedzy rolkami i równolegle do nich, a ponadto zawierajace zderzak usytuowa¬ ny poprzecznie do przenosnika i przesuwnie na jego ramie.Znane z patentu CSRS nr 120 206 urzadzenie do nakladania i transportowania dlugich przedmiotów za¬ wiera przenosnik rolkowy, którego rolki maja ksztalt hiperboloid. Rolki przenosnika w tym urzadzeniu moga byc napedzane np. napedem lancuchowym, jednakze naped ten musi byc usytuowany z jednej strony rolek, gdyz z przeciwleglej strony usytuowane sa wyrzucajace belki wykonujace ruch w plaszczyznie pionowej w obszarze rolek i powyzej tych rolek. 1 przedstawia widok z góry urzadzenia z wmontowanym jednym wyrzutnikiem i zderzakiem, a fig. 2 — poprzeczny przekrój urzadzenia wzdluz plaszczyzny A—A zaznaczonej na fig. 1.Urzadzenie wedlug wynalazku w przykladowym rozwiazaniu sluzy do transportowania i sortowania belek drewnianych. Urzadzenie to zawiera przenosnik rolkowy, którego rolki 1 maja ksztalt dwóch scietych stozków zwróconych ku sobie wierzcholkami, a osadzonych na wspólnej osi 2 ulozyskowanej w ramie 3 przenosnika. Poligraf. UP PRL naklad 120+18 Cena 45 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a device for transporting and sorting long items, especially wooden beams, containing a roller conveyor, the rollers of which have the shape of two cones facing each other with tops and mounted on a common axis located in the conveyor frame, and containing an ejector for long items consisting of arms attached to the frame of the conveyor, and situated in the spaces between the rollers and parallel to them, and also containing a stop located transversely to the conveyor and slidably on its frame. The device for placing and transporting long items, known from the CSRS patent No. 120 206, includes roller conveyor, the rollers of which have the shape of a hyperboloid. The device furthermore has a long object superimposing on the roller conveyor, the conveyor being characterized in that, from a large number of accumulated long items sliding under its own weight on an inclined plane on the conveyor, it selects individual long items and places them on the conveyor. This is done thanks to the stacker beams located in the spaces between each of the conveyor rollers. This device can work the other way around, i.e. it can be used to remove the beams from the conveyor rollers and place them next to this conveyor, or in combination with an additional ramp, it can transfer long items from the conveyor to another conveyor in parallel. The conveyor rollers in this device can be driven, for example, by a chain drive, but this drive must be located on one side of the rollers, because on the opposite side there are ejecting beams moving in a vertical plane in the area of the rollers and above these rollers. It is known from the economic patent NRD No. 96 684 a tile bundling machine that includes a roller conveyor and an ejector that takes the tiles from the conveyor and passes them to the stacker. The conveyor of this device has a frame made of elongated plates situated perpendicular to the base of the conveyor. The conveyor has four such plates spaced in pairs on the sides of the conveyor. Along each pair of these plates there are rollers with rims mounted on axes fixed to the plates. The tile is laid with its side edges on the surface of the rollers and moves along the surface of the conveyor under the influence of its own weight due to the position of the conveyor at an angle to the ground. The ejector beams 111356 are situated transversely to the conveyor and move in a plane perpendicular, and they are located in the spaces between adjacent conveyor rolls. A disadvantage of known devices for transporting long items is that it is difficult to transport items along the conveyor. According to the solution presented in the economic patent of the GDR 96,694, the movement of objects along the conveyor takes place under their own weight, which may cause the movement of objects along the conveyor to stop. In this case, further movement of the objects will result in the operator pushing the stopped object by hand, which is not burdensome in the case of small objects, such as roofing tiles, and in the case of transporting wood trunks, such a solution is highly unsatisfactory. may be chain-driven. However, due to the length of this conveyor, the individual rollers must be driven by separate short chains meshed with the previous driven roll. Such a design of the drive causes the gathering of one side of the conveyor of all drive chains located in several vertical planes parallel to each other. In the event of damage to one of the chains or the need to replace the chain wheels mounted on the axles of the rollers, at least two adjacent drives must be disassembled, which due to the large size and weight of the drives is a great difficulty, especially because the repair takes place in primitive field conditions. is a device for transporting and sorting long objects, in particular comprising a roller conveyor and sorting mechanisms, in which the roller conveyor is driven by chain gears, and these gears are easy to assemble and disassemble. This purpose, according to the invention, was achieved in a transport device and sorting long items so that chain wheels are placed on each axis of the driven conveyor rollers. Chain wheels of adjacent driven rollers were connected by a chain, with a pair of adjoining rollers connected by a chain on one side of the conveyor, and another pair of driven rollers connected by a chain to the opposite side of the conveyor. Thus, one chain wheel of each driven roller is connected by a chain to the chain wheel of the previous roller, from which it takes over the drive, and the other chain wheel of the same roller is connected by a second chain to the chain wheel of the next driven roller, which is driven by the drive. Thus, the chain drive is arranged alternately under both sides of the conveyor, and a chain-free space remains between every second pair of driven rollers. In this space the ejector arms can be positioned. A special advantage of this device is the possibility of arranging the mechanism for ejecting long items transported by the conveyor on one or the other side of the conveyor, and also mounting two ejection mechanisms at the same time, one of which ejects long items on one side of the conveyor and the other on the opposite side. It is possible to choose: any place along the conveyor for the location of the ejection mechanisms, which results from the alternating positioning of the drive chains along the conveyor. The subject of the invention is shown in the example of the embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. and Fig. 2 is a cross-section of the device along the plane A-A marked in Fig. 1. The device according to the invention serves, in an exemplary embodiment, for transporting and sorting wooden beams. This device includes a roller conveyor, the rollers of which 1 have the shape of two truncated cones facing each other with their tops, and mounted on a common axis 2 located in the conveyor frame 3. On the axis 2 of each roller 1, chain wheels 4 are mounted on both sides of it. One chain wheel 4 of each roller 1 is designed to take over the drive transmitted to it by the roller previous through the chain surrounding the chain wheels of both rollers, and the other wheel placed opposite is used for transmission drive to the next roller by means of a chain surrounding their chain wheels. In this way, the chain drive of the conveyor is arranged alternately on both sides of it, so that a chain-free space is formed between each pair of rollers, also alternately on one side of the conveyor, and then on the other side of the conveyor. from geared motor 7. Both ends of axis 2 of each roller 1 are mounted, and the bearing housing 11 is seated in a plate 12 with a cutout. Plate 12 is a thrust seat for the U-bearing housing and prevents it from rotating. Attached to the plate 12 are the angle bars 13, which constitute the shield of the chain gear. Moreover, a bumper in the form of a plate 6 acting as a lever arranged parallel to the rollers 1 is slidably attached to the conveyor frame 3. The bumper, for example operated by an operator, stops a beam of an appropriate length transported by the conveyor at the ejector site. The ejector drops the wooden beam stopped by the buffer onto another means of transport or into the beam tank. The ejector consists of the arms 8 attached by pendulums 10 to the conveyor frame 3, placed in the spaces between the rollers and free 111 356 3 from the chain 5, and connected by the beam 9 parallel to the conveyor. The ejectors can be placed on one or the other side of the conveyor or both at the same time, depending on the need, i.e. the location of the beam tanks or other means of transport onto which the beams will be dropped. Patent claim Device for transporting and sorting long items, especially beams wooden, containing a roller conveyor, the rollers of which have the shape of two cones with their peaks facing each other, mounted on a common axis located in the conveyor frame, and containing an ejector for long objects consisting of ejection arms attached to the conveyor frame parallel to the rollers and located in the spaces between the rollers and also containing a bumper located transversely to the conveyor and slidably on its frame, characterized by the fact that on each axis (2) driven * rollers (1) mounted on both sides of their chain wheels (4) and chains (5) ) encircling the wheels (4) of two adjacent driven rollers (1), while the chains (5) joining adjacent driven rollers (1) are arranged alternately on both sides of the rollers (1).
