Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest uchwyt mocujacy do mocowania srub kablakowych w trakcie nacinania cpyintu na tokarce.Dotychczas mocowanie srub kablakowych na tokarce, celem nacinania gwintu odbywa sie w uchwycie czteroszczekowym. W tym celu ustawia sie kazdorazowo kazda koncówke sruby kablakowej oddzielnie w osi tokarki i nastepnie po jej zamocowaniu nacina gwint. Ustawienie ramienia sruby kablakowej w osi tokarki i nastepnie jej zamocowanie za pomoca czterech szczek uchwytu, przy czym kazda szczeke trzeba oddzielnie ustawiac jest niezbyt dokladne i powoduje przesuniecie srednicy podzialowej nacinanego gwintu w stosunku do osi ramienia sruby.Celem wynalazku jest skonstruowanie takiego uchwytu mocujacego do srub kablakowych, który pozwo¬ lilby na pewne mocowanie, pozwalajac równoczesnie na prawidlowe wykonanie gwintu.Cel ten osiagnieto za pomoca uchwytu mocujacego bedacego przedmiotem niniejszego wynalazku. Istota tego uchwytu polega na tym, ze ma | plyte, na której znajduje sie poprzeczka z elementem mocujacym. Plyta posiada rowki umozliwiajace jej mocowanie za pomoca srub na suporcie tokarki. Element mocujacy ma wykonany w srodkowej czesci rowek poprzeczny, natomiast w osi podluznej rowek i otwór.Przedmiot wynalazku przedstawiony jest w przykladzie wykonania na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedsta¬ wia uchwyt w widoku z boku, fig. 2 uchwyt w widoku z przodu, a fig. 3 uchwyt w widoku z góry.Uchwyt wedlug wynalazku posiada plytke 1 wyposazona w rowki 2 do zakladania srub mocujacych oraz poprzeczke 3, na której umieszczony jest element mocujacy 4. Element mocujacy 4 ma w polowie swej dlugosci rowek poprzeczny 5 oraz w osi podluznej rowek 6 i otwór 7.Mocowanie srub kablakowych w uchwycie wedlug wynalazku odbywa sie w nastepujacy sposób. Po zalozeniu uchwytu na suport poprzeczny tokarki, mocuje sie go za pomoca srub mocujacych umieszczonych w rowkach teowych suportu i wchodzacych w rowki 2 plyty 1, a nastepnie ustawia w osi tokarki tak, by pokrywala sie z osia otworu 6 elementu mocujacego 4. Setting the cable screw arm in the axis of the lathe and then its fastening by means of four jaws of the holder, each jaw having to be set separately, is not very accurate and causes a shift of the division diameter of the thread to be cut in relation to the axis of the arm of the screw. cable cables, which would allow a secure fastening, while allowing the correct threading of the thread. This object was achieved by the fastening fixture of the present invention. The essence of this handle is that it has | a plate with a crossbar with a fixing element. The plate has grooves enabling its fixing with screws on the lathe support. The fastening element has a transverse groove in its central part, and a groove and a hole in its longitudinal axis. The subject of the invention is shown in the embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the holder in a side view, Fig. 2 shows the holder in a front view. and Fig. 3 the handle in a top view. The handle according to the invention has a plate 1 provided with grooves 2 for inserting the fastening screws and a crossbar 3 on which the fastening element 4 is placed. The fastening element 4 has a transverse groove 5 in the half of its length and in longitudinal axis, groove 6 and hole 7. Mounting the cable screws in the holder according to the invention takes place in the following manner.
