Description

Obecnie, gdy nowobudowane maszyny wlókiennicze osiagaja coraz to wieksza wydajnosc, filtry workowe staja sie nieprzydatne. Filtry workowe zbyt szybko zabijaja sie pylem bawel¬ ny, powodujac zaklócenia w cyklu produkcyjnym. Ponadto filtry workowe zajmuja duza przestrzen i sa groznym ogniskiem wybuchu w razie pozaru. 1 przedstawia filtr mokry do podhlaniania pylu bawelny w przekroju pionowym, a fig. 2 fiHr mokry do pochlaniania pylu bawelnyw widoku z góry. Until now, the air in the pneumatic transport of waste has been previously stored in the preparation departments by means of bag filters. With low productivity of textile machinery, bag filters played their role. Nowadays, as newly built textile machinery becomes more and more efficient, bag filters are becoming unusable. Bag filters kill each other too quickly with the cotton dust, causing disruptions in the production cycle. In addition, bag filters occupy a large space and are a dangerous point of explosion in the event of a fire. Wet filters used to absorb dust are built from a cyclone and a spray chamber, in which there are nozzles connected through a pipe and a water pump with a water tank, and under the chamber sprinkler there is a sedimentation tank. A wet filter made in this way has the disadvantage that a part of fine moist dust particles and sprayed water particles get into the atmosphere. The aim of the invention is to eliminate bag filters and to design a wet filter that would splash out all the dust particles and prevent dust from getting into the atmosphere around the filter. water particles. This goal was achieved by designing a wet filter that has an additional air cleaning chamber. The additional air cleaning chamber has a non-woven partition that divides the chamber into a lower part and an upper part. In the upper part of the auxiliary chamber there are water sprays directed outlets at the non-woven partition. Above the nozzles there is a water vapor condenser, the outlet of which is connected to the air-conditioning chamber. 2 110786 pich ^ ui ^ ielnKMniatyza ^ halpffodjccyinych. The invention is shown in the example of the breakout in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a wet filter for cotton dust absorption in vertical section, and Fig. 2 shows a wet filter for cotton dust absorption in top view. The wet filter according to the invention consists of cyclone 1. 2 spray chambers and an additional chamber 3.Rod cyclone 1 laiaeszLzuny is 4 tanks on Zdrwjgyyoeiiia. Outlet 5 of the cyclone 1 is connected to the wkuein 6 chambers of the chambers 2_ Behind the sprinkling bark 2 is the chamber 2 and the additional chamber 3 is the sedimentation tanks 8. The sedimentary tanks 8 is connected with the bank 9 via fihr10. In the tank 9, there is a pipe 11 of a water pump 12. which is connected via a conduit 13 with a spraying device 14 located in the spraying chamber 2_ The nozzle outlet 14 is directed at the port 19, while the nozzles 15 outlets are directed upwards towards the inlet 6.
