The subject of the industrial design is a refrigerated counter that also serves as a display case for displaying goods, primarily bottles or cans of beer. Known refrigerated counters have a body containing a refrigeration unit, and above it a flat, horizontal, or slightly inclined display surface, covered by a transparent casing and generally lit from above. They have access to the display area from the seller's side. Also known from the description of industrial design Rp. 4350 is a refrigerated counter whose body rests on two plinths, with the display surface slightly tilted forward and lit from above by a lighting device along the entire width of the body. Furthermore, it has a narrow horizontal countertop at the rear of the body. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product, manifested in its shape, contours, and line layout. The refrigerated display case, according to the industrial design, is roughly rectangular in shape, with a convex front wall divided vertically into two parts. One part of the front wall is matte and simultaneously illuminated, providing an advertising surface. The other part is transparent and serves as a cover for the display area, which is also illuminated. The matte part of the front wall also serves as a cover for the refrigeration unit. The entire body is covered with a countertop at the top, and has a ventilation grille at the bottom, located along the length of the front wall. Refrigerated display counter variants according to the design have additional decorative elements on the side walls, preferably in a contrasting color. An additional display element made of transparent plastic is located on the countertop surface of some variants. It takes the form of a container with a rectangular base, the front wall of which is transparent and convex. The first variant of the industrial-design refrigerated display case, shown in Figures 1 and 1a, is characterized by the left side of its front wall—as viewed from the customer's perspective—being matte and the right side transparent, while the countertop surface has an additional display element. In the second variant of the industrial-design refrigerated display case, shown in Figures 2 and 2a, the left side of the front wall is matte and the right side transparent. The third variant of the industrial-design refrigerated display case, shown in Figures 3 and 3a, has a matte left side of the front wall and a transparent right side, decorative elements on the side walls, and an additional display element on the countertop surface. The decorative element, distributed over almost the entire surface of the side wall, takes the form of a narrow frame, approximately quadrangular and elongated vertically. The longer sides of the frame are concave, with the side adjacent to the front wall having folds near the corners. The upper side is straight, and the lower side is partially concave. The refrigerated display case in the fourth variation of the industrial design, shown in Figures 4 and 4a and in photograph Fig. 11, has a matte left side of the front wall, a transparent right side, and decorative elements on the side walls. The decorative element, distributed over almost the entire surface of the side wall, takes the form of a narrow frame, approximately quadrangular and elongated vertically. The longer sides of the frame are concave, with the side adjacent to the front wall having folds near the corners, the upper side being straight, and the lower side being partially concave. The fifth variant of the industrial-style refrigerated display case, shown in Figures 5 and 5a, has a matte left side of the front wall, a transparent right side, decorative elements on the side walls, and an additional display element on the countertop. The decorative element, distributed over almost the entire surface of the side wall, is a wide rectangular frame, the inner edges of which form a figure similar to a vertically elongated rectangle, all sides of which are concave and have chamfered corners. The sixth variant of the industrial-design refrigerated display case, shown in Figures 6 and 6a and photograph Fig. 12, has a matte left-hand side of the front wall, a transparent right-hand side, and decorative elements on the side walls. The decorative element, distributed over almost the entire side wall, is in the form of a wide rectangular frame, the inner edges of which form a figure roughly resembling a vertically elongated rectangle with all sides concave and chamfered corners. In the seventh variant of the refrigerated display case, shown in Figures 7 and 7a, the transparent left-hand side of the front wall is matte and the matte right-hand side, while an additional display element is located on the countertop surface. The refrigerated display case in its eighth version of the industrial design, shown in Figures 8 and 8a, has a transparent left side of the front wall and a matte right side. The refrigerated display case in the ninth version of the industrial design, shown in Figures 9 and 9a, has a transparent left side of the front wall and a matte right side, decorative elements on the side walls, and an additional display element on the countertop surface. The decorative element, distributed over almost the entire surface of the side wall, takes the form of a narrow frame, approximately quadrangular and elongated vertically. The longer sides of the frame are concave, with the side adjacent to the front wall having folds near the corners, the upper side being straight, and the lower side being partially concave. The tenth variation of the refrigerated display case based on the industrial design, shown in Figures 10 and 10a, has a transparent left side of the front wall, a matte right side, decorative elements on the side walls, and an additional display element on the countertop. The decorative element, distributed over almost the entire surface of the side wall, is in the form of a wide rectangular frame, the outer edges of which are straight, and the inner edges form a figure roughly in the shape of a vertically elongated rectangle, all sides of which are concave and have chamfered corners.
