Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urzadzenie do in¬ tensyfikacji cieplnej pieców kregowych do wypa¬ lania elektrod weglowych i grafitowych. Najintensywniejsza wymiana cieplna nastepuje miedzy promieniujacym io gazem i sklepieniem, a górna czescia elektrody. 1 — przedstawia schemat urzadzenia w przekroju pio¬ nowym, a fig. 2 — schemat urzadzenia w przekroju poziomym.Urzadzenie, wedlug wynalazku stanowia gladkie prety 1, zakonczone u góry talerzykowatymi ele¬ mentami 2. Prety 1 sa umieszczone w komorach 3 pomiedzy elektrodami 4, a osadzone sa w kratow¬ nicach 5 wbudowanych w komorach 3. A./ Fig. 2, ZGK Oddz. 2 Chorzów, zam. 6177/81 — 115 egz.Cena 45 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a device for the thermal intensification of spine furnaces for the firing of carbon and graphite electrodes. Known spine furnaces consist of eighteen or twenty chambers. In each chamber there are embedded electrodes surrounded by coke powder and an additional protected layer of sand on the top. In the walls of the chamber there are channels through which heat enters the chamber interior. The most intense heat exchange takes place between the radiating gas and the arch and the top of the electrode. The inconvenience of existing furnaces is that the charge is non-uniformly heated, i.e. the temperature of the top of the electrode differs significantly from the temperature of the bottom of the electrode. In addition, the heat exchange coefficients are very low under the existing conditions, which makes the thermal efficiency of the process very low. The object of the invention is to develop a device 20 that causes the heat intensification of ring furnaces. This goal is achieved by a device that provides a smooth or ribbed bars, ending at the top or bottom with plate-shaped elements with 25 ribs. These rods are placed in the chambers between the electrodes and are embedded in the grids so that they protrude over the top edge of the backfill, and the grids are built into the chambers. The use of the device, according to the invention, results in a homogeneous temperature field in the chamber. As a result of the more intense heat exchange, the hourly firing cycle and the fuel consumption are reduced. The subject of the invention is shown in the example of the embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a diagram of the device in a vertical section, and Fig. 2 - a diagram of the device. The device, according to the invention, consists of smooth rods 1, ending at the top with disc-shaped elements 2. The rods 1 are placed in the chambers 3 between the electrodes 4, and they are embedded in the lattice 5 embedded in the chambers 3. Free spaces in the chambers 3 they are filled with backfill 6.Prets 1 protrude above the upper plane of the backfill 6, which increases the intensity of heat reception. The number of bars 1, their horizontal cross-section is the more advantageous the greater their cross-section in relation to the cross-section of the backfill 6 Patent claim A device for the thermal intensification of circle furnaces, for the firing of graphite and carbon electrodes, characterized by the fact that it is smooth or ribbed bars (1) with an end at the top 110 5223 110 522 4 or at the bottom with ribbed ribbed elements in the trusses (5), so that they protrude above the bars (2), with the bars (1) placed in the upper plane the backfills (6), while the trusses are morach (3), between the electrodes (4), and embedded in the chambers (3).
