Celem wynalazku jest wyeliminowanie wad znanych dotychczas srodków z jednoczesnym oolepszeniem dzialania antykorozyjnego, srodek zgodnie z wynalazkiem sklada sie z 60% wagowych polietylenu maloczaste- czkowego, 2,5% wagowych czteryhydro-1,4-oksazyny, 0,1% wagowych oktadecyloaminy, 2% wagowych oleju metylosihkonowego, 18% wagowych benzyny lakowej i 17,4% wagowych nafty.Dzieki zastosowaniu mieszaniny rozpuszczalników oraz rozpuszczenia w nich polietylenu maloczasteczko- wego, oleju metylosilikonowego (w cst 20), czterohydro-1,4-oksazyny, oktadecyloaminy, uzyskuje sie srodek o wysokich wlasnosciach penetrujacych i ochronnych, scisle przylegajacych do podloza. Dzieki zastosowaniu2 110 294 czterohydro-1,4-oksazyny jako lotnego inhibitora korozji, który posiada wysoka preznosc par, czasteczki sub- stanqi czynnej inhibitora wypelniaja zamkniete przestrzenie pojazdu siegajac do najtrudniej dostepnych szczelin i wglebien.W wyniku wtryskiwania cienkopowlokowego srodka konserwacyjnego do otworów technologicznych rozmieszczonych w róznych miejscach nadwozia pojazdu, srodek zabezpiecza istniejaca powloke malarska i chroni metal przed dzialaniem wilgoci i czynników atmosferycznych w miejscach uszkodzonych przez przypale¬ nia przy spawaniu lub zgrzewaniu oraz porysowaniu przy montazu. Ponadto srodek zmniejsza szybkosc procesów korozyjnych juz rozpoczetych.Przy kl ad: Polietylen maloczasteczkowy — 60,0% wagowych Czterohydro-1,4-oksazyna — 2,5% wagowych Olej metylosilikonowy - 2,0% wagowych Oktadecyloamina — 0,1% wagowych Nafta — 17,4% wagowych Benzynalakowa — 18,0% wagowych Wynalazek znajduje zastosowanie do konserwacji wewnetrznych powierzchni blach nadwozia pojazdów samochodowych tworzacych zamkniete komory, a wiec przede wszystkim progów, podciagów, przestrzeni drzwiowych, wsporników, slupków, ramek i innych profili zamknietych. Prac. UP PRL naklad 120 + 8 Cena 45 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a product for the maintenance of the internal surfaces of metal sheets, especially car bodies, forming closed chambers, used for anti-corrosive operational protection intended to protect the basic protection. Various types of agents are known to protect metals against corrosion, the simplest of which are oils and greases maintenance agents are used hot or dissolved in organic solvents. These agents have a number of drawbacks and inconveniences when using them, such as low resistance to external factors, the need to use them hot, etc. There are also anticorrosives based on mastic with the addition of waxes or soap. metallic and solvents. The coatings made of them are not very resistant to mechanical damage. Moreover, these agents are expensive due to their lanolin content. In common use are agents based on synthetic resins giving a hard coating. However, the adhesion of these coatings to the surface to be protected is not always satisfactory and often they chip off the surface on which they are applied. Therefore, attempts were made to obtain anticorrosive agents consisting of emulsions based on synthetic resins with the addition of waxes. However, the coatings formed are porous and therefore not suitable for the direct protection of metal surfaces. There are also anti-corrosive agents based on various types of waxes with the addition of other improvers, for example drying oil, which reduces delamination of the wax composition or adds polyethylene with a low molecular weight, which increases the flexibility of the coating. The aim of the invention is to eliminate the disadvantages of the agents known to date, while at the same time improving the anti-corrosive action, the agent according to the invention consists of 60 wt. -oxazine, 0.1% by weight of octadecylamine, 2% by weight of methyl silicon oil, 18% by weight of white spirit and 17.4% by weight of kerosene. By using a mixture of solvents and dissolving in them malmolecular polyethylene, methyl silicone oil (in cst 20), tetrahydro-1,4-oxazine, octadecylamine, the agent is obtained very penetrating and protective properties, tightly adhering to the substrate. Due to the use of 2 110 294 tetrahydro-1,4-oxazine as a volatile corrosion inhibitor, which has a high vapor pressure, the particles of the active substance of the inhibitor fill the closed spaces of the vehicle, reaching into the most difficult-to-reach gaps and soils. in various places of the vehicle body, the agent protects the existing paint coating and protects the metal against the effects of moisture and weather conditions in places damaged by burns during welding or welding and scratches during assembly. In addition, the agent reduces the speed of corrosion processes that have already started. For example: polyethylene malmolecular - 60.0% by weight Tetrahydro-1,4-oxazine - 2.5% by weight Methyl silicone oil - 2.0% by weight Octadecylamine - 0.1% by weight Kerosene - 17.4% by weight Gasoline alcohol - 18.0% by weight The invention is used for the maintenance of internal surfaces of motor vehicle body sheets forming closed chambers, and thus primarily thresholds, joists, door spaces, brackets, posts, frames and other closed profiles. According to the invention, it is applied to the surface by spraying with a gun or brush painting into technological holes located in different places of the body. Patent claim A product for the maintenance of internal surfaces of metal sheets, especially car bodies forming closed chambers based on polyethylene, characterized by the fact that it consists of 60% by weight of low molecular weight polyethylene, 2.5% by weight of four ohydro-1,4-oxazine, 0.1% by weight octadecylamine, 2% by weight methyl silicone oil, 18% by weight white spirit and 17.4% by weight kerosene.
