Description

PLThe subject of the invention is a method of making monolithic walls. In the prior art, the use of monolithic technology in erecting walls concerned mainly cement-based materials. These materials did not pose any special problems in terms of the need to drain the excess of batch water and drain the wall made of them. In order to accelerate the technological maturation process, commonly known thermal treatment methods were used, involving the action of a heating medium, usually in the form of hot water vapor on the surface of the maturing monolithic wall. The aim of the invention is to accelerate the technological maturation process of monolithic walls. The essence of the invention is that perforated coils with a slight inclination are introduced into the formwork, and after the formwork is filled, the binding mixture, especially based on gypsum, is passed through the coils of warm air. As a result of the use of a perforated coil, we drain the excess water from the binding mixture. After and during the discharge of water, warm air is passed through the coils, which significantly accelerates the maturation process of the monolithic wall. We introduce coils made of flexible perforated pipe, preferably made of polyvinyl chloride, used in soil drainage, into the set formwork. The constrictor is attached to the formwork spacers and most preferably located along the formwork axis. The slight inclination of the coil causes excess operating water to drain. After inserting the gypsum-based binding mixture, we pass through the coils of warm air at a temperature of 40 to 60 ° C from the heating unit. The drying process takes approximately 30 minutes. After this period, the structure can be struck. Patent claims 1. Method of making monolithic walls consisting in filling the formwork with a binding mixture, characterized by introducing perforated beams with a slight inclination into the formwork, and after filling the formwork with the binding mixture, passing warm air through the beams with a temperature of up to 60 ° C. 2. The method according to claim The method of claim 1, characterized in that the binding mixture is based on gypsum. PL
