Description

W sposobie tym plynnp szklo kolorowe wtryskuje sie do cieklej masy szklanej w kanale, którym ta masa plynie z pieca do rynny, a nastepnie do zbiornika z kapiela metalowa. W wyniku dzialania wysokiej temperatury ziarna fryty topia sie i rozpuszczaja w masie szklanej. Proces ten jest zintensyfikowany przez nacisk walców formujacych 8 nadajacych ostateczny ksztalt tasmie szklanej, która w wyniku barwienia uzyskuje barwe jasnozielona.W celu ochrony urzadzenia przed silnym promieniowaniem cieplnym pieca, pomiedzy piecem a urzadze¬ niem znajduje sie ekran przeciwtermiczny 9.Zastrzezenie patentowe Sposób barwienia szkla walcowanego, znamienny tym, ze na powierzchnie plaskiej strugi szkla przed jej walcowaniem wprowadza sie czynnik barwiacy w postaci barwnej fryty szklanej, która w wyniku wysokiej temperatury strugi szkla topi sie, rozpuszcza w masie sklanej i barwi walcowana tasme szklana.Prac. This glass can be obtained by dyeing the glass mass in a glass furnace or by surface painting a cold pane and burning it. From the Polish patent specification No. 66903, a method of dyeing flat glass continuously formed on a metal bath is known. In this method, liquid colored glass is injected into the liquid glass mass in the channel through which this mass flows from the furnace to the gutter and then into the tank from the metal drip. The tinting glass is introduced inside the glass at a certain depth, as a result of which a flat layered glass is obtained, with the central layer being colored glass. The essence of the method according to the invention consists in introducing the glass tinting agent onto the surface of the glass stream before its rolling. The dyeing agent, as a result of the high temperature of the glass stream, melts and dissolves on its surface, thus permanently staining the glass strip coming out of the rollers. The coloring agent is a colored glass frit. The advantage of the method is its simplicity and teclinological reliability as well as the possibility of an almost immediate change of the color of the produced flat rolled glass, and thus the immediate change of its assortment. Moreover, this method completely eliminates the airworthiness of the coloring components added to the glass mass in the furnace, which leads to the color stability of the produced glass and the improvement of the operating conditions of the operating personnel. An example of the implementation of the method according to the invention is illustrated in the drawing which shows, in a simplified manner In a vertical cross-section. The frit 1 is poured into a black-green-colored glass frit formed into grains with a similar diameter. The frit enters chamber 2, where it rests on the drum 3. It is poured into the furrows 4. frit grains, which are transferred with the rotation of the drum 3 over the slit opening 5, through which they get out into the chute 6, which in turn fall onto the upper surface of the glass stream 7 having a temperature of about 1100 ° C. As a result of high temperature, the frit grains melt and dissolve in the glass mass. This process is intensified by the pressure of the forming rollers 8 giving the final shape to the glass ribbon, which becomes light green as a result of dyeing. In order to protect the device from the strong heat radiation of the furnace, there is an anti-thermal screen between the furnace and the device 9. Patent claim Method of coloring the glass rolled glass, characterized in that the coloring agent in the form of a colored glass frit is introduced onto the surface of a flat glass stream before its rolling, which, as a result of the high temperature of the glass stream, melts, dissolves in the mass and colors the rolled glass tape.
