The known design does not fully meet the requirements, because on the one hand it is expensive and on the other hand it takes up a lot of space. The object of the invention is to construct a chain conveyor of the type described in the introduction in which, while maintaining a small size, a rigid attachment to the drive chain of the conveying elements can be ensured in a simple manner. This object is achieved thanks to the fact that the conveying elements in the conveyor according to the invention have on their rear side channel-shaped recesses, on the side walls of which lying opposite each other are removably attached two flanges with sockets aligned on one line for the seating of the pins. a transverse pin, a pair of transverse pins for attaching a transfer element, as well as two pairs of sliding bars forming longitudinal guides for the pivots of the second transverse pin of this pair of transverse pins. An advantage of the chain conveyor according to the invention is that its conveying elements can be conveniently attached to the continuous pedal chain. The channel-shaped recesses not only provide a simple mounting of the flanges for the pins, but also allow an extremely compact and rigid structure of the chain conveyor. The subject of the invention is illustrated in the example of the drawing in which: Fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of the drive chain arrangement. and the conveyor elements in the form of cups in plan view, fig. 2 - section along line II-II in fig. 1 and fig. 3, fig. 3 - view in the direction of arrows III-III in fig. 2. 1 shows a housing 11 of a bucket conveyor chain with a wire chain 12 to which are attached bucket-shaped conveying elements 13 having channel-shaped recesses 15 in the area of their rear wall 14. 1 shows that the distance between the drive sections 108640108 640 3 of the drive sections 12 can be relatively reciprocal for the predetermined dimensions of the chain conveyor housing 11 without unduly limiting the loading capacity of the conveying elements 13. Due to the relatively long spacing that can be obtained between the transverse sections of the chain of the drive unit 12, there are conditions for placing chain wheels with a large diameter. The distance between the center of gravity of the transmission elements 13 and the drive chain 12 can be kept small. Details of the connection between the drive chain 12 and the transmission elements 13 shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3. On each side wall 16 and 17 of the channel-shaped recesses 15, a flange 18 and two sliding strips 19 are mounted. The flanges 18 and sliding strips 19 are fastened with screws 20. The flanges 18 have sockets 21 in which there are pivots 22, constituting the ends of the transverse pin 23 with grooves 24, used to fix the long links with round steel bar 25. The ends of the links 25 are placed between the thrust rings 26 which support the drive chain 12 in the area of the chain wheels. To secure the thrust rings 26 on the transverse bolt, snap rings 27 are used. Transversal pin 23, which looks in the direction of the drive chain movement. 3 in the cross section of links 25 shown in Fig. 3 with a second transverse pin 28, the structure of which corresponds to that of the transverse pin 23. The pins of the transverse pin 28, however, do not rest in their sockets. 21, but are guided in a longitudinal guide formed by both slide bars 19j; whose guide surfaces in Fig. 2 are marked 29 and 30. By using the longitudinal guidance, changes in the pitch of the drive chain caused by its wear can be compensated. The sliding bars 19 can be attached to the transfer elements 13 already before they are connected to the drive chain 12. W in contrast, the collars 18 are first slipped over the journals 22 of the transverse pin 23 and inserted with it into the channel-shaped recesses 15 and then fastened by means of screws 20 to the side walls 16 and 17 of the transmission elements 13.. This method ensures simple and quick assembly. The number of components required for assembly is small. The length of the transverse pins 23 and 28 can be small. As all transverse pins 23 and 28 have the same shape, the spacing between the buckets of the assembled conveyor can be easily varied. Patent claims 1.
