Profil kratki kominkowej Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest profil wykorzystywany w budowie kratek kominkowych wentylacyjnych. Istota wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, nadajacych profilowi swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w tym, ze profil kratki kominkowej ma, w przekroju poprzecznym, ksztalt zblizony doceownika o lagodnych, lukowych zagieciach wewnetrznych i nieco mniej lagodnych lukach narozy zewnetrznych, przy czym jedno z ramion tego ceownika jest krótsze od drugiego ramienia, a stosunek dlugosci tych ramion wynosi okolo 0,6, zas kat nachylenia zewnetrznej powierzchni ramion profilu w stosunku do powierzchni poziomej ma okolo 85°. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines, giving the profile a unique and original appearance. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the fireplace grille profile in cross-section, Fig. 2 shows the grille profile in a front view, Fig. 3 shows the grille profile in a back view, Fig. 4 shows the grille profile in a view from the long side, Fig. 5 shows the grille profile in a view from the short side, and Fig. 6 shows the fireplace grille profile in a perspective view. Significant features of the industrial design are that the fireplace grate profile has, in cross-section, a shape similar to a channel section with gentle, arc-like internal bends and slightly less gentle arcs at the external corners, wherein one of the arms of this channel section is shorter than the other arm, and the ratio of the lengths of these arms is approximately 0.6, while the angle of inclination of the outer surface of the profile arms in relation to the horizontal surface is approximately 85°. Furthermore, in the central part, the profile has a rectangular recess, which is a decorative element of the grate, as shown in the drawing - Fig. 1 to Fig. 6 and the photograph - Fig. 7.
