Description

Tak otrzymuje sie silny plyn bezalko¬ holowy, barwy ciemno brunatno-czerwo- nej, którego mala ilosc, dodana do wody gotowanej, daje napój, zastepujacy herba¬ te. PL PLThe common beverage, tea, is made by brewing tea with boiling water. Good tea is difficult to find these days and is very expensive. For this reason, used tea is often dried and reused, which, if done in public places like teahouses, is unhygienic. Tea is also made from the leaves or roots of various plants, but these beverages cannot replace natural tea. This invention provides a method for making a new beverage that closely resembles tea in both taste and color, and its aromatic scent makes it pleasant to drink. Natural tea is roasted similarly to coffee and then ground into a fine powder. This powder is mixed with non-alcoholic rum or arrack essence, oil used in the production of liqueurs, a small amount of vanilla and burnt sugar, to which boiled water is added. This produces a strong, non-alcoholic liquid, dark brownish-red in color, a small amount of which, added to boiled water, produces a drink that can replace tea. The ratio of ingredients for this liquid is as follows: 1 g of roasted tea powder, a tablespoon of burnt sugar, a tablespoon of non-alcoholic rum or arrack essence, a bit of liqueur-making oil, and 1 g of vanilla per 1 liter of boiled water. Tea made from this liquid is tasty, has a pleasant, aromatic scent, is easy to make, and is also cheaper than natural tea. Furthermore, tea made according to the new method is free from the solid particles that often contaminate regular tea.
