Description
Lakier wedlug wynalazku sklada sie z luski ni¬ trocelulozowej zabarwionej pigmentem w ilosci 21 do 25 czesci wagowych, acetylobutyralocelulozy w ilosci 7 do 9 czesci wagowych, octanu butylu w ilosci 39 do 43 czesci wagowych oraz acetonu w ilosci 27 do 29 czesci wagowych. Lakier ten cha¬ rakteryzuje sie odpowiednim ilosciowym doborem znanych komponentów. Lakier do wykonywania trwalych napisów na wyrobach wlókienniczych ilustruja nastepujace przyklady: Przyklad I. 21 czesci luski nitrocelulozowej z pigmentem — czerwien kadmowa i 7 czesci ace¬ tylobutyralocelulozy wprowadza sie do mieszaniny rozpuszczalników skladajacej sie z 43 czesci octa¬ nu butylu i 29 czesci acetonu. Zawartosc miesza sie do uzyskania jednorodnej mieszaniny.Przyklad II. 23 czesci luski nitrocelulozowej z pigmentem — oranz molibdenowy i 8 czesci ace¬ tylobutyralocelulozy wprowadza sie do mieszaniny rozpuszczalników skladajacych sie z 41 czesci octa¬ nu butylu i 28 czesci acetonu. Zawartosc miesza sie do uzyskania jednorodnej mieszaniny. W/80 Cena 45 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a varnish for making permanent inscriptions on textile products, especially raw woven and knitted fabrics made of wool and synthetic fibers, which are subjected to mechanical and chemical finishing and dyeing processes. The well-known varnish is used for making inscriptions on textiles. Fiberglass consists of zinc white, 2.5 acetate fiber, resorcinol and acetone. There are also varnishes consisting of nitrocellulose, butyl acetate and alcohol extracts, casein, as well as cholesterin and oxycholesterin, e.g. Polish patent no. 18310. Known varnishes show insufficient resistance to paint-finishing technological processes, there is chipping and blurring of the inscriptions on textiles, making it difficult to identify them after the process is completed. The inability of known varnishes is also too long time for drying of the inscriptions. The varnish according to the invention consists of a nitrocellulose husk colored with a pigment in an amount and 21 to 25 parts by weight, acetyl butyl cellulose in an amount of 7 to 9 parts by weight, butyl acetate in an amount of 39 to 43 parts by weight, and acetone in an amount of 27 to 29 parts by weight. This varnish is characterized by an appropriate quantitative selection of known components. Acetyl butyral cellulose and nitrocellulose husk colored with a pigment give durability and legibility to inscriptions made with lt and with this varnish on textiles. The application of acetone to varnish causes the immediate drying of the inscriptions. Depending on the type of pigment contained in the nitrocellulose scales, varnishes of different colors are obtained. To obtain a red varnish, nitrocellulose shell is used, containing, for example, cadmium red, and to obtain an orange varnish, a nitrocellulose husk containing molybdenum orange as a pigment is used. The following examples illustrate the varnish for permanent inscriptions on textiles: Example I. 21 parts of nitrocellulose shell with a pigment - cadmium red and 7 parts The tertiary butyl cellulose is introduced into a solvent mixture consisting of 43 parts of butyl acetate and 29 parts of acetone. The contents are mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Example II. 23 parts of nitrocellulose husk with pigment - molybdenum orange and 8 parts of acetyl butyral cellulose are introduced into a solvent mixture consisting of 41 parts of butyl acetate and 28 parts of acetone. The contents are mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The varnish obtained according to Examples I and II is filled into the containers of felt-tip pens, with the help of which the inscriptions are made on the textile products. These inscriptions are used to identify textiles containing nitrocellulobes in individual phases of the dyeing process, butyl acetate and acetone, characterized by the fact that the finishing and finishing solvent and for identification are made of acetylbutyral cellulose in the amount of 7 to 9 . parts by weight, nitrocellulose shell colored with 5 parts by weight with 5 to 25 parts by weight, Patent claim for butyl acetate at 39 to 43 parts by weight. Varnish for permanent lettering and acetone at 27 to 29 parts by weight, DN-3, with W / 80 Price PLN 45 PL
