Wynalazek niniejszy ma na celu prze¬ róbke w sposób ciagly odpadków, tworza¬ cych zuzle, a szczególniej odpadków miej¬ skich, np. smieci domowych, odpadków przemyslowych, pozostalosci w kanalach i t, d. na zuzel zdatny do celów budowla¬ nych, przyczem uzytecznosc otrzymanego wytworu osiaga sie w kazdym przypadku niezaleznie od wlasciwosci cieplnych od¬ padków, a wytworzony zuzel nie wymaga specjalnego rozdrabniania.Cel ten usilowano osiagnac juz oddaw- na, jednakze z wyzej wymienionych od¬ padków otrzymywano dotychczas sposo¬ bem spalania jedynie zuzel w kawalkach, który do dalszego uzytku wymagal roz¬ drobnienia i rozisortowania, a wiec i znacz¬ nego nakladu kosztów obróbki oraz ma¬ szyn. Prócz tego dobroc zuzla zalezala od wartosci cieplnej przerabianych odpadków tak, iz szczególniej z gatunków smieci, za¬ wierajacych duzo popiolu z wegla brunat¬ nego, sposobem wypalania nie udawalo sie wogóle otrzymac zuzla zdatnego do uzytku.Wynalazek ma na celu otrzymywanie w sposób ciagly pozadanego zuzla o dowol-nej wielkosci ziarn oraz równomiernej wy¬ trzymalosci na cisnienie, wiekszej niz w produktach otrzymywanych - dotychczas.W tym celu, zgodnie z wynalazkiem, od¬ padki przeznaczone do przeróbki wprowa¬ dza sie do lezacego nieco pochylo cylin¬ drycznego pieca, w którego przedniej cze¬ sci nastepuje spalanie palnych skladni¬ ków odpadków, zas tworzacy sie zuzel przegrzewa sie w dalszej czesci pieca az do zmiekczenia lub nawet stopienia zuzla.Przegrzewanie mozna wykonywac) ogrze¬ wajac z zewnatrz zewnetrzny plaszcz pie¬ ca, albo tez stosujac ogrzewanie wewnetrz¬ ne. In addition, the goodness of the slag depended on the thermal value of the processed waste, and especially from the types of rubbish containing a lot of brown coal ash, the method of burning it was not possible to obtain a suitable slag at all. The invention is aimed at obtaining the desired Slags of any grain size and uniform pressure resistance greater than that of the products obtained so far. To this end, according to the invention, the waste to be processed is introduced into a slightly inclined cylindrical furnace, in which flammable waste components are burned at the front and the slag that forms is overheated further down the furnace until it softens or even melts. Overheating can be done by heating the outside with an outer mantle of a furnace or by using internal heating. If the waste is subjected to a rotating motion during combustion and overheating, e.g. by rotating the furnace, the loosened slag tears and forms into cavities the size of which depends on the faster or slower rotation of the furnace. The combustion in the first part of the furnace during the subsequent overheating is subjected to a high and uniform temperature, so that the substances forming the iron are completely foamed up, such as, for example, silicic acid, lime, clay, iron, etc. the result is a final product with a uniform and highest possible strength.
