Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób zbrojenia zaczynów i betonów wlóknem szklanym.
Wlókno szklane stosowano dotychczas jako zbrojenie zaczynów i betonów w postaci cietych nici. Nici te
utrudnialy prowadzenie procesu formowania wyrobów, poniewaz w czasie ich mieszania z pozostalymi skladni¬
kami masy zaczynów i betonów, tworzyly niekontrolowane i nierównomiernie rozmieszczone klebowiska nici.
Istota wynalazku polega na zastosowaniu do zbrojenia zaczynów i betonów wlókien szklanych w postaci
platków o dowolnych ksztaltach i wymiarach powierzchni od 0,3 do 40 cm2 oraz gramaturze od 60 do
300 g/m2. Stwierdzono, ze najkorzystniejsze efekty zbrojenia uzyskuje sie dodajac platki z wlókien szklanych
do masy zaczynów i betonów w ilosci od 0,05% do 20% wagowo
Przyklad I. Zaczyn zbrojony platkami wlókna szklanego wytwarza sie przez wymieszanie 100 czesci
wagowych cementu portlandzkiego „350", 4 czesci wagowych platków z wlókna szklanego w ksztalcie kwadra¬
tów o wymiarach powierzchni 20 na 20 cm i gramaturze 100 g/m2 oraz wody dodanej w ilosci niezbednej do
uzyskania wymaganej konsystencji.
Przyklad II. Beton zbrojony platkami wlókna szklanego wytwarza sie z mieszaniny 100 czesci wago¬
wych cementu portlandzkiego „350", 150 czesci wagowych piasku rzecznego, 220 czesci wagowych kruszywa
granitowego o frakcji 4 do 10 mm, 6 czesci wagowych platków wlókna szklanego o wymiarach powierzchni 25
na 25 mrn i gramaturze 80 g/m2 oraz wody dodanej w ilosci niezbednej do uzyskania wymaganej konsystencji.

Zastrzezenie patentowe Sposób zbrojenia zaczynów i betonów wlóknem szklanym, znamienny tym, ze wlókno szklane wprowa¬ dza sie do zaczynów i betonów w postaci platków, o dowolnym ksztalcie i o wymiarach powierzchni od 0,3 do 40 cm2 oraz gramaturze od 60 do 300 g/m2, w ilosci od 0,05% do 20% w stosunku do ciezaru suchych skladni¬ ków masy zaczynów i betonów.
