Dwa jednakowe prety 5 równolegle do osi plywaka zlaczone sa z koncami pretów 2 i 4. Zwiekszenie objetosci plywaka powoduje przyrost sily wyporu który to przyrost kompensuje zmiane sily wyporu spowodowana zmiana gestosci cieczy, wywolana zmiana temperatury cieczy. Zastosowanie tego urzadzenia umozliwia pomiar wartosci gestosci cieczy odniesionej do zadanej, wzorcowej temperatury. -^ — - r-^L \ / 3 J2 ^ Prac. Poligraf. UP PRL naklad 120 + 18 Cena 45 zl PLThe invention concerns a float-type densimeter with temperature compensation, particularly for measuring the concentration of sugar juices, which exhibit significant density changes with temperature changes. In existing designs, temperature compensation is most often achieved by using a float with flexible walls filled with a liquid with parameters similar to the liquid being tested. As the temperature of the tested liquid increases, the volume of the liquid filling the float increases, causing a change in the float's buoyancy force. Another solution is presented in Polish patent description No. 55401, where the float is constructed as a rigid element, and the liquid filling it is drained into another vessel, suspended at a different point on a lever that transmits the signal from the float's buoyancy force. In both cases, the thermal inertia of the liquid filling the float causes a longer measurement time, or, with rapidly changing temperature of the tested liquid, even prevents accurate measurement. A temperature-compensated float densimeter with a float shaped like a flexible, resilient bellows, suspended by an articulated arm on a rotating lever, the other end of which is connected to the indicator, is characterized by the float being mounted in a frame in which two rods parallel to the float axis are made of a material with high thermal expansion. One end of the float is attached directly to the upper transverse support rod, while the other end is connected to the opposite transverse rod via a rod made of a material with low thermal expansion. The invention is schematically illustrated in an exemplary embodiment in the drawing. The float 1, shaped as a flexible, elastic bellows, is built into a frame and attached at one end to the upper support rod 2, while at the other end it is connected to the opposite rod 4 via rod 3. Two identical rods 5, parallel to the float axis, are connected to the ends of rods 2 and 4. Rods 5 are made of a material with high thermal expansion, while rod 3 is made of a material with low thermal expansion. The frame with the float is suspended by means of a joint 6 at the end of a rotating lever 7 mounted on an axle 8. The other end of the lever 7 is connected to an indicator 9. The densimeter is immersed in the tested liquid filling the tank 10.2 104 658. The density of the tested liquid, read on the indicator 9, is a function of the deflection of the lever 7. The deflection of the lever 7 depends on the buoyancy force of the float, which in turn depends on the volume of the float. As the temperature of the tested liquid increases, rods 5 elongate, which, through rod 4 and rod 3, elongates the float and thus increases its volume. Increasing the float's volume causes an increase in buoyancy force, which compensates for the change in buoyancy force caused by changes in liquid density and temperature. This device allows for the measurement of liquid density relative to a given reference temperature. -^ — - r-^L \ / 3 J2 ^ Printing Prac. UP PRL Edition 120 + 18 Price 45 PLN PL
