Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sofa. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac sofy, charakteryzujaca sie nowym ksztaltem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 ukazuje widok sofy w pozycji do siedzenia, fig.2 - w pozycji do lezenia, natomiast fig. 3 przedstawia fragment sofy w widoku z przodu z podniesionym brzegowym elementem siedziska, a fig. 4 ukazuje widok pojemnika sofy. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. sofa posiada siedzisko zlozone z trzech poduszek, z których krancowe sa uchylne i przyjmujac jedna z wielu pozycji katowych wzgledem srodkowej poduszki siedziska, 2. oparcie sofy posiada ksztalt litery „U", 3. krancowe poduszki siedziska posiadaja mniejsza szerokosc od srodkowa czesci siedziska i w pozycji sofy do lezenia przylegaja scisle do krawedzi oparcia, 4. sofa posiada pojemnik na posciel, 5. u dolu w przedniej czesci sofy umieszczona jest metalowa noga z rury wyprofilowanej na koncach lukowo w dól.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PLThe industrial design is a sofa. The essence of the design is a new form of the sofa, characterized by a new shape. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the sofa in a sitting position, Fig. 2 in a lying position, Fig. 3 shows a fragment of the sofa in a front view with the edge of the seat raised, and Fig. 4 shows a view of the sofa's storage compartment. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. the sofa has a seat composed of three cushions, the end cushions of which are tiltable and can be adjusted to one of many angular positions in relation to the central seat cushion, 2. the backrest of the sofa has a U-shape, 3. the end cushions of the seat are narrower than the central part of the seat and in the lying position they fit snugly to the edge of the backrest, 4. the sofa has a bedding container, 5. at the bottom of the front part of the sofa there is a metal leg made of a pipe with the ends arched downwards.
