Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bar letni, który mozna ustawic w dowolnym miejscu. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowy oryginalny wyglad baru letniego przejawiajacy sie w ukladzie linii i ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia bar letni w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - bar letni w widoku ogólnym z przodu, fig. 3 - bar letni w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 - bar letni w widoku ogólnym z tylu, fig. 5 - bar letni w widoku z boku, a fig - 6 bar letni w widoku z góry. Bar stanowi wiata otwarta posiadajaca dwuczesciowy dach podoparty na slupach, rozmieszczonych regularnie w rogach wielokata wpisanego w pólkole. Dolna czesc dachu sklada sie powierzchni trapezowych polaczonych ze soba. Powierzchni trapezowych jest tyle ile wielokat ma krótszych boków. Zas górna czesc dachu sa to polaczone ze soba powierzchnie trójkatne, których ilosc jest dwukrotnie mniejsza od ilosci powierzchni trapezowych. Posrodku najdluzszego boku wielokata jest glówny slup podpierajacy, na którym jest oparta konstrukcja dachu. Od slupa do wewnatrz znajduje sie bar otoczony lada. Lada jest wbudowanamiedzy slupami stanowiacymi podparcie górnej czesci dach. Dolna czesc lady jest zabudowana. Przed lada umieszczone sa siedziska zamocowane na wysokiej nodze. Z tylu baru znajduje sie przybudówka. Przybudówka jest sciana tylna baru i wystaje poza oba konce lady. Nie zmieniajac istote wzoru, obiekt moze byc wyposazona w rozbieralna podloge, a na zewnatrz drewniane podesty i schody. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Bar stanowi wiata otwarta posiadajaca dwuczesciowy dach podoparty na slupach, rozmieszczonych regularnie w rogach wielokata wpisanego w pólkole. 2. Dolna czesc dachu sklada sie powierzchni trapezowych polaczonych ze soba, a powierzchni trapezowych jest tyle ile wielokat ma krótszych boków, zas górna czesc dachu sa to polaczone ze soba powierzchnie trójkatne, których ilosc jest dwukrotnie mniejsza od ilosci powierzchni trapezowych. 3. Posrodku najdluzszego boku wielokata jest glówny slup podpierajacy, na którym jest oparta konstrukcja dachu. 4. Od slupa do wewnatrz znajduje sie bar otoczony lada.5. Lada jest wbudowana miedzy slupami stanowiacymi podparcie górnej czesci dach, przy czym dolna czesc lady jest zabudowana. 6. Przed lada umieszczone sa siedziska zamocowane na wysokiej nodze. 7. The essence of the industrial design is the new, original appearance of the summer bar, manifested in the arrangement of lines and shape. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the summer bar from the front, Fig. 2 - a general front view of the summer bar, Fig. 3 - a rear view of the summer bar, Fig. 4 - a general rear view of the summer bar, Fig. 5 - a side view of the summer bar, and Fig. 6 - a top view of the summer bar. The bar is an open canopy with a two-part roof supported by columns regularly arranged at the corners of a polygon inscribed in a semicircle. The lower part of the roof consists of interconnected trapezoidal surfaces. There are as many trapezoidal surfaces as the polygon has shorter sides. The upper part of the roof consists of interconnected triangular surfaces, the number of which is half the number of trapezoidal surfaces. In the center of the longest side of the polygon is the main supporting column, on which the roof structure rests. From the column inward, a bar is surrounded by a counter. The counter is built between the columns supporting the upper part of the roof. The lower part of the counter is enclosed. In front of the counter are seats mounted on a high leg. At the back of the bar is an annex. The annex is the rear wall of the bar and extends beyond both ends of the counter. Without changing the essence of the design, the structure can be equipped with a removable floor, and on the outside with wooden platforms and stairs. Essential features of the industrial design 1.
