Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest smar do ksztaltowania metali na goraco, zwlaszcza matrycowego, odznaczaja¬
cy sie duza odpornoscia na wysokie temperatury.
Znane sa smary do ksztaltowania metali na goraco, stanowiace mieszanine grafitu i oleju. Przy stosowaniu
takich smarów w wysokiej temperaturze nastepuje rozklad olejów, co oddzialywuje nie tylko niekorzystnie na
wlasnosci materialowe narzedzi i przedmiotów obrabianych, lecz takze prowadzi przez produkty rozkladu ole¬
jów równiez do zanieczyszczenia otoczenia.
Znane sa równiez smary do ksztaltowania metali na goraco, stanowiace mieszanine o okreslonym skladzie,
zawierajace siarczan metalu alkalicznego, boraks, chlorek potasowy, trójoctan sodowy i grafit, razem z innymi
dodatkami. Smary te majace postac zawiesiny wodnej, sa odporne na wysokie temperatury i sa stosowane do
bezwiórowej obróbki plastycznej metali, ksztaltowanych na goraco z metalu cieklego, potrzebnego do takiej
obróbki.
Znany jest równiez smar odporny na wysokie temperatury, do ksztaltowania metali na goraco, skladajacy
sie z cieklych fosforanów, boranów metali alkalicznych, cynku i/lub aluminium oraz z dodatku dalszych skladni¬
ków do ksztaltowania na goraco metali.
Znany jest ponadto do ksztaltowania metali na goraco staly smar skladajacy sie glównie z grafitu lub
z dwusiarczku wolframu i fluorku sodowego. Ten smar jest stosowany w postaci pasty.
Znane sa równiez do ksztaltowania stali na goraco stopione sole, stosowane zwlaszcza przy wytwarzaniu
rur bezszwowych na tak zwanych walcowniach pielgrzymowych lub walcowniach ciaglych.
Wada stopionych soli stosowanych przy ksztaltowaniu metali na goraco w bardzo wysokich temperaturach
polega na tym, ze lepkosc stopionych soli obniza sie tak dalece, ze nosnosc warstewki smaru nie gwarantuje
wystarczajacego smarowania.
Celem wynalazku jest wyeliminowanie tych wad i niedogodnosci.
Cel ten osiagnieto wedlug wynalazku za pomoca smaru odpornego na wysokie temperatury, skladajacego
sie z mieszaniny zawierajacej wagowo 10 do 90% grafitu, 2 do 45% polimeru lub kopolimeru olefinowego
o ciezarze czasteczkowym od 100000 do 1000000 z 4-16 atomami wegla oraz z 0,5 do 8% srodka pomocnicze-2 101948
go do wytwarzania zawiesiny wodnej.
Smar ten mozna stosowac w zawiesinie wodnej sporzadzonej bezposrednio przed jego stosowaniem przez
wprowadzenie grafitu do zawiesiny wodnej polimeru lub kopolimeru olefinowego i srodka pomocniczego do
wytwarzania zawiesiny, przy udziale wagowym skladników 10 do 90% grafitu, 2 do 45% polimeru lub kopolime¬
ru olefinowego i 0,5 do 8% wagowych srodka pomocniczego do wytwarzania wodnej zawiesiny, przy czym
zawartosc substancji stalych w zawiesinie wynosi od 5 do 80% wagowych.
Stosowane do smaru wedlug wynalazku polimery olefinowe lub kopolimery olefinowe sa wytwarzane
wedlug sposobu polimeryzacji emulsyjnej. Przykladowo moga byc stosowane polimery lub kopolimery olefino¬
we estrów winylowych, korzystnie estry winylowe z do 16 atomami wegla, jak np. octan winylu, própionian
winylu, laurynian winylu, estry allilowe, korzystnie do 16, szczególnie z do 6 atomami wegla, jedno lub dwuole-
(T ^m^Kor^SCnterr do 5 atomami wegla jak etylen, butadien, kwasów akrylowych i ich estrów, korzystnie z do 8
atomami wegla, kwasów akrylowych i ich estrów, korzystnie z do 8 atomami wegla z kopolimerami nienasyco-
f nych estrów kwaju dwukarboksylowego, korzystnie z do 8 szczególnie do 4 atomami wegla, jak ester kwasu
i tfi^leiflówego, np.j ester metylowy i etylowy kwasu maleinowego. Polimery oleiinowe i kopolimery olefinowe sa
^otoe&ai^dm przez zakres ciezaru czasteczkowego od 100*000 io l'000'OOO.
Jako srodek pomocniczy do wytwarzania zawiesiny stosuje sie wielocukier, na przyklad cukier buraczany,
mleczny, slodowy lub alkilo celuloze, np. metyloceluloze lub dginian osobno lub w mieszaninie. Do zawiesiny
mozna równiez dodac w niewielkich ilosciach korzystnie srodek zwilzajacy.
Grafit, zastosowany w smarze odpornym na wysokie temperatury wedlug wynalazku ma ziarnistosc (uziar-
nienie) maksimum 300 n i czystosc co najmniej 96%, a korzystnie uziarnienie do 100 ju i czystosc 99,5%.
Aby osiagnac optymalny efekt smarowania, musi istniec sucha warstewka smaru. Zawiesina wodna, zawie¬
rajaca smar, jest nanoszona w znany sposób, jak np. przez natryskiwanie lub smarowanie na gorace narzedzie.
Woda przy tym odparowuje, a polimer lub kopolimer tworzy przez stopienie lepka i ciagliwa warstewke. Grubosc
tej warstewki wynosi od 0,05 do 1,0 mm, a korzystnie od 0,1 do 0,2 mm.
W warstewce tej czastki grafitu, wskutek swej struktury orientuja sie równomiernie w postaci warstwy
plytek, na calej powierzchni. Na poczatku procesu obróbki przedmiot obrabiany plynie w pewnej mierze na
warstewce polimeru, a w koncu polimer lub kopolimer wypala sie czysto, nie pozostawiajac po sobie resztek.
Przy wypalaniu wytwarza sie poduszka gazowa, pomiedzy powierzchniami tracymi, która sprzyja oddzieleniu sie
tych powierzchni tracych.
Grafit tworzy jednoczesnie nosna warstwe dzielaca i warstwe smaru, która przy miejscowym przeciazeniu
- i spowodowanemu wskutek tego zerwaniu dzialajacej hydrodynamicznej warstewce topliwej jest skuteczna, zwla¬
szcza w temperaturach szczytowych procesu.
Ze smarem odpornym na wysokie temperatury wedlug wynalazku moga byc jeszcze mieszane w malych
ilosciach dodatki, jak np. mikrobiologiczne substancje pomocnicze i przeciwutleniacze.
Przy spalaniu substancji dodatkowych stosowanych wedlug wynalazku, pomiedzy narzedziem a przedmio¬
tem obrabianym powstaje pewnego rodzaju atmosfera ochronna, która opóznia spalanie grafitu przy wyzszych
temperaturach.
Smar odporny na wysokie temperatury wedlug wynalazku moze byc stosowany w zasadzie do bezwiórowej
obróbki plastycznej metali przykladowo przy kuciu matrycowym.
Zalecany sposób stosowania stanowi smarowanie przebijaka przy wytwarzaniu rur bezszwowych, np. tak
zwanych walcowniach pielgrzymowych, walcowniach ciaglych lub walcowniach typu „MPM".
Zawiesina wodna smaru wedlug wynalazku sklada sie wagowo z 20% grafitu, 9,5% kopolimeru octanu
winylu, 1% wielocukru i 69,5% wody. Mieszanina ta mozna natryskiwac na przebijak w walcowniach typu „MPM,
które sluza do wytwarzania rur bez szwu.
Taka zawiesine wodna smaru wykonano w ten sposób, ze do zawiesiny zawierajacej wagowo 31,1% polime¬
ru octanu winylu i 3,3% polisocharydu domieszano grafit i wode.
Sklad smaru pozwala na natryskiwanie warstewki smaru na powierzchnie przebijaka w czasie transportu
zwrotnego. Na goracej powierzchni przebijaka tworzy sie natychmiast sucha warstewka, odpychajaca wode.
Bezposrednio po naniesieniu warstewki przebijak moze byc ochlodzony w kapieli wodnej lub przez natrysk
wody za pomoca dysz, bez usuniecia warstewki smaru. Warstewka smaru nie jest równiez uszkodzona przez
' intensywne chlodzenie woda walców, na jakie jest narazony na poczatku procesu walcowania przebijak.
Z zastosowania smaru wedlug wynalazku wynikaja w porównaniu ze znanymi smarami znaczne korzysci,
np. dobre ksztaltowanie na goraco metali, czystszy zgar z wyeliminowaniem ciemnego dymu z oleju, nieprzyjem¬
nego dla otoczenia.
Smar wedlug wynalazku pozostawia po sobie wolna od nalotu powierzchnie przebijaka, bez zadnych
pozostalosci. Przepustowosc przeciagania rur przez walcarke jest znacznie polepszona, a klatki walcownicze101948 3
pracuja równomierniej i zuzycie przebijaka jest znacznie zmniejszone. Rura otacza przebijak równomiernie, wsku¬
tek czego uzyskuje sie rury o lepszej jakosci. Jest równiez mozliwe uzyskiwanie na okreslonym urzadzeniu rur
o cienszych sciankach.
Claims (3)
1. l.Smar do ksztaltowania metali na goraco, korzystnie w postaci wodnej zawiesiny, znamienny - t y m, ze zawiera wagowo 10 do 90% grafitu, 2 do 45% polimeru lub kopolimeru olefinowego o ciezarze czastecz¬ kowym od 100000 do 1000000 z 4 do 18 atomami wegla, 0,2 do 8%, a korzystnie 0,5 do 8% srodka pomocnicze¬ go do wytwarzania zawiesiny.
2. Smar wedlug zastrz. 1, znamienny tym, ze jako srodek pomocniczy do wytwarzania zawiesiny zawiera wielocukier, taki jak cukier buraczany, mleczny, cukier slodowy lub alkilo celuloze, np. metyloceluloze lub alginian pojedynczo lub w mieszaninie.
3. Smar wedlug zastrz. 1, znamienny tym, ze zawartosc substancji stalych w wodnej zawiesinie wynosi wagowo 5 do 80%.
