Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kordzik górniczy, bedacy honorowym odznaczeniem kadry inzynieryjno - technicznej glównego dozoru górniczego oraz kadry naukowej zaplecza naukowo - badawczego resortu górnictwa. Kordzik stanowi element galowego munduru górniczego. Kordzik górniczy, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest odmiana kordzika, opisanego wzorem zdobniczym nr 14658, stanowiacego wlasnosc Porozumienia Zwiazków Zawodowych „KADRA" z siedziba w Katowicach. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, wlasciwosciach powierzchni oraz barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia widok kordelasa usytuowanego obok pochwy, natomiast fig. 2 widok kordzika umieszczonego w pochwie. Dodatkowa ilustracje kordzika górniczego, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiaja dwie fotografie kordzika, w ujeciu zgodnym z zalaczonym rysunkiem.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze kordzik górniczy sklada sie z pochwy oraz wykonanego z metalu kordelasa. Kordelas posiada rekojesc, której jelec jest w postaci kilofa górniczego, natomiast glowica rekojesci ma ksztalt galowego czaka górniczego. Pod jelcem rekojesci umieszczony jest owalny wypust, pokryty roslinnym ornamentem z komponowanym napisem 'KADRA'. Ujecie rekojesci obciagniete jest czarna skóra ze zlota spiralna zdobina oraz przewiazane jest szarfa, zakonczona bialo-czarno-zielonym pomponem. Glownia kordelasa w górnej czesci, pod jelcem rekojesci zdobiona jest orientalnym, symetrycznym wzorem. Pochwa kordelasa obciagnieta jest czarna skóra z metalowymi, zlocistymi okuciami trzewika, ryfki oraz szyjki. Pomiedzy okuciami szyjki oraz ryfki umieszczony jest stylizowany wizerunek orzelka. Natomiast do brajcarków szyjki i ryfki, z jednej ich strony, przypiete sa dwa skórzane, czarne rapcie. Glownia kordelasa jest w kolorze srebrnym metalowym, natomiast jelec wraz z owalnym wypustem oraz glowica rekojesci ma kolor zlocisty metalowy.FIG.1 FIG.2 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a miner's dagger, an honorary distinction for the engineering and technical staff of the Main Mining Supervision Authority and the scientific staff of the scientific and research facilities of the Ministry of Mining. The dagger is a component of the miners' ceremonial uniform. According to the industrial design, the miner's dagger is a variant of the dagger described in ornamental design no. 14658, owned by the "KADRA" Trade Union Agreement based in Katowice. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape, line layout, surface properties, and color. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the cutlass placed next to the scabbard, while Fig. 2 shows a view of the dagger placed in the scabbard. Additional illustrations of the miner's dagger, based on the industrial design, are presented in two photographs of the dagger, viewed as shown in the attached drawing. The essential features of the industrial design are that the miner's dagger consists of a scabbard and a metal cutlass. The cutlass has a hilt with a crossguard in the shape of a miner's pickaxe, while the pommel is shaped like a miner's gala shackle. Under the crossguard is an oval projection covered with a floral ornament with the inscription 'KADRA' ('KADRA'). The handle is covered with black leather with a gold spiral ornament and tied with a sash topped with a white, black, and green tassel. The upper part of the cutlass blade, beneath the crossguard, is decorated with an oriental, symmetrical pattern. The cutlass's scabbard is covered in black leather with gold-colored metal fittings on the chape, shoulder, and neck. A stylized eagle is placed between the neck and shoulder fittings. Two black leather slings are attached to the neck and shoulder bracers on one side. The cutlass' blade is silver-colored metal, while the crossguard, along with its oval projection and the pommel, are gold-colored metal. FIG.1 FIG.2 EN
