Description
The invention relates to a rubber compound made of silicone rubber, containing fillers, softeners and vulcanizing agents, the volcano nators have higher mechanical properties than well-known mixtures based on this kind elastomers.
Najcze¬ sciej mieszanki silikonowe sporzadza sie z elasto¬ meru metylo-winylo-silikonowego, 2,5 dwu — III rz. -butylo-peroksy — 2,5 dwumetyloheksanu, krze¬ mionki koloidalnej typu Aerosil i tlenku cynkowego, badz tez tlenku magnezu i tlenku tytanowego. Known rubber compounds consist of a filling or in the form of colloidal silica, silicates zirconium, liptone, titanium oxide, oxide zinc or magnesium oxide, in particular other cases of glass fiber and asbestos and with softeners and vulcanizing agents. Most often more often silicone mixtures are made of elastics methyl-vinyl-silicone meromer, 2.5 two - third row -butyl-peroxy-2,5-dimethylhexane, silica Aerosil type colloidal muffin and zinc oxide, or also magnesium oxide and titanium oxide. Such rubber compounds made of silicone elastomers ma¬ I low mechanical properties, preventing their application to products working in difficult conditions conditions, for example applied seals in reciprocating or rotary motion in sro¬ aggressive environment, especially non-flammable liquids hydraulic. Resistance of the vulcanizate to dissolution knitting is one of the most important properties of men chanical and use of products.
The low magnitude of this parameter is for the most part cases, the cause of damage and malfunctions rubber elements. Compound vulcanizates silicone materials are characterized by low strength 2 tearing. For commonly used mixtures of methyl-vinyl-silicone elastomers most often used for this type of product the value of this parameter ranges from a few to kG / cm, while other types of non-silicone of elastomers are given by vulcanizates of strength fate of tears in the order of several dozen kg / cm.
The object of the invention is to obtain vulcanizers made of silicone rubber with better properties mechanical, and in particular with increased performance tear strength. This goal was achieved by by means of a rubber mixture containing known na na fillers, softeners and vulcanizing agents, and polytetrafluoroethylene in an amount from 0.5 to 10, the most More preferably 1 to 5 parts by weight per 100 parts of shaft polymer.
Dodatek policzterofluoroetylenu nieoczekiwanie zwieksza okolo dwukrotnie wytrzymalosc wulkani- tów na rozdzieranie. Wulkanizaty z mieszanek wedlug wynalazku odznaczaja sie niezmienionymi podstawowymi wlasnosciami fizyko-chemicznymi, przy jednoczesnym wzroscie wlasnosci mechani¬ cznych. The addition of polytetrafluoroethylene was unexpectedly doubles the strength of volcanoes tearing. Compound vulcanizates according to the invention, they are not changed basic physico-chemical properties, while increasing the property of the mechanism civic.
