Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kominek, sluzacy jako podstawowe lub jako dodatkowe zródlo ogrzewania w domach mieszkalnych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac kominka, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jego oryginalnym wygladzie. W obrebie dolnej krawedzi drzwiczek zaopatrzonych w prostokatna szybe jest wklesly, stylizowany napis „JACEK ISKIERKA" oraz stylizowany rysunek plomienia, a na czolowej scianie korpusu kominka w jego dolnej czesci jest napis „FI BRAKOM". Komora paleniskowa i/lub obszar czopucha kominka wyposazone sa, w zaleznosci od mocy kominka, w trzyrzedowy i/lub czterorzedowy promiennik stalowo-szamotowy o ksztalcie prostokata przedzielonego na trzy lub cztery prostopadloscienne, otwarte od góry rynienki wewnatrz, których umieszczone sa prostopadloscienne wklady szamotowe. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the fireplace, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its original appearance. As shown in the illustration, the fireplace consists of a body equipped at the front with a hinged door mounted on hinges located on the left or right vertical edge, closing the combustion chamber. It is equipped with external radiant ribs on the flue side. On the lower edge of the door, which is equipped with rectangular glass, is a concave, stylized inscription "JACEK ISKIERKA" and a stylized drawing of a flame, and on the front wall of the fireplace body in its lower part is the inscription "FI BRAKOM." The combustion chamber and/or the chimney area of the fireplace are equipped, depending on the fireplace power, with a three-row and/or four-row steel-fireclay radiator in the shape of a rectangle divided into three or four cuboidal, open-top channels inside which cuboidal fireclay inserts are placed. Essential features of the industrial design The fireplace, consisting of a body provided at the front with a hinged door mounted on hinges placed on the left or right vertical edge thereof, closing the combustion chamber and is equipped on the side of the flue with externally placed radiant ribs, is characterized in that on the lower edge of the door provided with a rectangular glass pane it has a concave, stylized inscription "JACEK ISKIERKA" and a stylized drawing of a flame, and on the front wall of the fireplace body in its lower part there is the inscription "FIBRAKOM", wherein the combustion chamber and/or the area of the flue of the fireplace are equipped with a three-row and/or four-row steel-fireclay radiant heater in the shape of a rectangle divided into three or four cuboidal, open at the top gutters inside which cuboidal fireclay inserts are placed, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 7, Fig. 8, Fig. 9, Fig. 10, Fig. 11, Fig. 12, Fig. 13 and Fig. 14.
