Abstract
The present utility model relates to a process of producing squash-banana (Acucurbita maxima - Musa acuminata) waffle comprising the steps of: preparing 325 grams of mashed squash and 245 grams of mashed bananas; whisking 50 grams eggs (without shell) until frothy in a bowl; adding 200 grams of sugar and 13 grams of vanilla to the whisked eggs; adding 52 grams of oil to the whisked eggs, sugar and vanilla mixture while blending; adding mashed squash and bananas to the mixture; blending thoroughly the whisked eggs, sugar, vanilla, oil, and mashed squash and banana mixture using wire whisk; setting aside the mixture; combining 24 grams of baking soda, 360 grams of all-purpose flour and 120 grams of bread flour in another bowl; adding combined baking soda and all-purpose and bread flour to the whisked eggs, sugar, vanilla, oil and mashed squash and banana mixture; blending thoroughly the mixture using wire whisk; pouring 370 grams of milk to the whisked eggs, sugar, vanilla, oil, mashed squash and banana, baking soda and flour mixture while blending; spooning in 100 grams of the mixture into each side of the heating surface of waffle maker; cooking for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown; and removing the golden brown waffle from the waffle maker.
