The crackling comprises 2 1/2 cups of sweet potato flour/kamote, 1/2 cup clam/tuway powder, 2 tablespoons of vegetable powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon white pepper, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 2 1/2 cups of water, and 4 drops of food coloring.
