Disclosed is an apparatus for dispensing cooked rice to a plate that prevents sticking of rice when dispensing to a plate. The apparatus is comprise a rice-containing body with a push rod that secured a push plate wherein the push plate comes in contact with cooked rice as the push rod is press downwardly. The apparatus provides an efficient means in putting the cooked rice to a plate and prevents waste of precious rice grains.
