Abstract

Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition in the form of a chewable tablet containing a high dose of micronized diosmin. Said pharmaceutical composition comprises micronized diosmin amounting to 20 pcnt to 80 pcnt of the total weight of the pharmaceutical composition. The disclosed pharmaceutical composition is used in the treatment of venous insufficiency and hemorrhoidal crises.
