Abstract

The invention relates to a process of producing food flavoring or enhancers from fresh orange peels, fresh pineapple and raw mango meat or a combination thereof. The method comprises: selecting fresh and healthy orange, pineapple and mangoes for raw materials; grating the clean/fresh peels of pineapples or oranges or raw mango meat; collecting the grated orange peels or pineapple or mango raw meat and mixing to the food products to the desired food flavor either in solo or in combination of flavors
