Abstract
The invention discloses an apparatus for resource utilization on iron fillings, including an iron fillings obtaining mechanism 90, a baffle component 91, a main pressing block mechanism 92, a secondary pressing block mechanism 93 and a removal component 94. The main pressing block mechanism 92 includes a machine body 21, a first pressing cavity 20, sliding plates 29, first springs 31 and electromagnetic vibrators 30. The benefits of the invention are as follows: this apparatus can distinguish the light iron fillings and heavy iron fillings to do an accumulation work; furthermore, the apparatus would not be blocked with a high efficiency; meanwhile, the heavy iron fillings are broken to reduce the pressure needed in the process of extrusion forming and then improve the quality. Moreover, the apparatus would automatically block the iron fillings supply when being extruded, which is safe and reliable.
