Abstract
The present invention relates to an elastic rail fastening apparatus for ballast tracks for high-speed traveling of a rail vehicle, the apparatus being able to provide high elasticity such that the rigidity of the entire ballast tracks of normal rails to be suitable for high-speed traveling with a minimum cost by applying a high-elasticity rail pad and a rail fastening clip improved to have a relatively large amplitude. The high elasticity rail fastening apparatus for ballast track for high speed traveling of rail vehicle according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a high-elasticity rail pad disposed between a tie and a railroad rail on a ballast track; an insulating block seated on a top of a lower portion of the railroad rail; a shoulder embedded and fixed in the tie at both sides of the railroad rail and having a fastening hole at an upper portion; and a rail fastening clip having a first side fastened in the fastening hole of the shoulder and a second side fixing the railroad rail to the tie by pressing the insulating block, in which the rail fastening clip has: a fitting portion formed straight to be fitted in the fastening hole of the shoulder; a first bending portion continuing from the fitting portion; a connecting portion continuing from the first bending portion; a second bending portion continuing from the connecting portion and curved to be inclined upward; a tow continuing from the second bending portion; and a pressing-supporting surface formed on a bottom of the tow from an end of the second bending portion, and a longitudinal length (L0) from a first end to a second end of the rail fastening clip increases from 104.0mm to 114.0 mm ñ 1.5, a radius (R1) of curvature of the first bending portion increases from 9.75mm to 11.25mm, a length (L1) of a first section from a stat point of the second bending portion to a width center of the second bending portion is 71.4 mm ñ 1.5, and a length (L2) of a second section from the width center of the second bending portion to an end of the second bending portion is 113.0mm ñ 1.5 in order to increase an amplitude.
