Abstract
The present invention provides an ether polycarboxylate slump retention agent and a method for preparing the same, of which bifunctional monomer is prepared via unilateral esterification of unsaturaded carboxylic acid and/or anhydride with unsaturated carboxylic hydroxyl ester, which is easier to implement and needs shorter time comparing with bifunctional monomer preparation by amination or bilateral esterification of diamine or glycol with vinyl acid acyl.
