In general, this concept is environmental friendly, no carbon emission and no fuel needed to run. This invention shall serve as self-sustainable power generator whose power generating capabilities requires no or without or almost zero cost of production, yet it will be used as aerator in sludge digestion process waste water treatment plant facilities. The effectiveness as aerator of this invention is to increase the oxygen transfer by increasing the contact between air and water.
