CONSTA DE CUATRO PARTES: A) ESTRUCTURA FLOTANTE, CONSISTE EN CUATRO FLOTADORES UNIDOS POR TABLAS ARTICULADAS EN LAS QUE DESCANSA LA PLATAFORMA EN LA QUE SE INSTALA LA TURBINA.
