Abstract

Un conjunto de aspersor con una placa de distribucion con movimiento de nutacion que se inclina y/o rota cuando el agua incide en la placa de distribucion. Un conjunto de deflector incluye la placa de distribucion y una base. Un cuerpo del conjunto de aspersor incluye una superficie de retencion de base y un perno con brida que se combinan para crear una porcion de una estructura de confinamiento. Una porcion del conjunto deflector esta ubicada dentro de la estructura de confinamiento para limitar el intervalo de movimiento de la placa de distribucion. Un subconjunto de boquilla incluye una boquilla y un retenedor que soportan un anillo de estanqueidad. La boquilla sola o en combinacion con el retenedor se puede retirar del conjunto del aspersor. El conjunto del aspersor se puede desensamblar y reensamblar con un minimo de herramientas y esfuerzo para mantenimiento. La placa de distribucion y la base pueden tener propiedades de masa optimizadas para mejorar el rendimiento del aspersor al reducir la vibracion, mejorar la distribucion uniforme del agua y reducir la generacion de gotas finas de agua al chocar la corriente de agua en la placa de distribucion.
