Abstract

La presente invencion se relaciona con un proceso para proporcionar un producto de cemento de fibra, el proceso comprende las etapas de (a) proporcionar un producto de cemento de fibra no curado, (b) curar el producto de cemento de fibra no curado, (c) opcionalmente, granallado abrasivo de al menos parte de la superficie del producto de cemento de fibra curado, (d) tratar el producto de cemento de fibra curado con CO2 (se denomina carbonatacion) a una concentracion de 0.01 a 100 %, a una temperatura de 5 a 90 °C, humedad relativa de a 99 % durante un periodo de 1 minuto a 48 horas. Los productos de cemento de fibra obtenidos muestran menos eflorescencia.
