Abstract

Un chip de divisor optico incluye un sustrato, configurado con: un orificio de entrada, configurado para recibir primera luz de senal; una unidad de division optica no uniforme, configurada para dividir la primera luz de senal en al menos segunda luz de senal y tercera luz de senal, donde la potencia optica de la segunda luz de senal es diferente de la potencia optica de la tercera luz de senal; un primer orificio de salida, configurado para producir la segunda luz de senal; un grupo de unidades de division optica uniforme, que incluye al menos una unidad de division optica uniforme, configurada para dividir la tercera luz de senal en al menos dos canales de luz de senal igual, donde la potencia optica de los al menos dos canales de luz de senal igual es la misma; y al menos dos segundos orificios de salida, que estan en correspondencia uno a uno con los al menos dos canales de luz de senal igual. Cada segundo orificio de salida se configura para producir luz de senal igual correspondiente y puede dividir un haz de luz de senal en luz de senal de al menos dos magnitudes de potencia, donde la luz de senal de una magnitud de potencia puede ser al menos dos haces, mejorando asi la viabilidad del chip de divisor optico.
