El dispositivo de estimacion de distancia epicentral (10) esta provisto de: una unidad de adquisicion de informacion de terremotos (11) que adquiere datos de forma de onda relacionados con un terremoto ocurrido; y una unidad de procesamiento de estimacion (12) que estima una distancia epicentral aplicando los datos de forma de onda adquiridos a un modelo de aprendizaje obtenido al aprender una relacion entre los datos de forma de onda y la distancia epicentral de un terremoto.The epicentral distance estimating device (10) is provided with: an earthquake information acquisition unit (11) that acquires waveform data related to an occurred earthquake; and an estimation processing unit (12) that estimates an epicentral distance by applying the acquired waveform data to a learning model obtained by learning a relationship between the waveform data and the epicentral distance of an earthquake.
