Abstract
Se proporcionan composiciones y metodos para la instalacion de paredes rapida mediante la aplicacion por pulverizacion de un compuesto para juntas que comprende un aglutinante polimerico y esferas huecas. El compuesto para juntas tipo secado para la aplicacion por pulverizacion esta sustancialmente libre de materiales de fraguado, relleno a granel arcillas, almidon, o mica, Ca (Mg) C03, perlita expandida, yeso, talco, tierra diatomacea. Tiene una contraccion < 15% en volumen (ASTM C474-05) y una viscosidad ajustada a 15,600 - 23,000 cP (ASTM C474-05) El compuesto para juntas comprende 3-90% en peso de un aglutinante de emulsion de latex seleccionado de polimeros de acido acrilico, copolimeros de acido acrilico, alquidos, poliuretanos, poliesteres, epoxis; hasta 5% en peso de un tensioactivo no ionico; hasta 3% en peso de un humectante; y 5 - 25% en peso de una pluralidad de esferas huecas. Estas esferas huecas estan compuestas de aire autocontenido unido por una barrera solida, tienen una resistencia a la compresion isostatica promedio de > 250 psi (ASTM D3102-78) y una densidad de 0. 04-1.1 g/cm3.
