Abstract
La presente invencion divulga un dispositivo para suprimir inductivamente la neblina acida de la electroextraccion. El dispositivo comprende una placa polar. Se provee una primera malla aislante y una segunda malla aislante respectivamente en dos lados de la placa polar. Se dejan huecos entre la primera y la segunda mallas aislantes y los dos lados de la placa polar respectivamente. Se provee una primera pieza aislante y una segunda pieza aislante respectivamente en dos lados de una parte superior de la placa polar y estan situadas respectivamente por encima de la primera y de la segunda mallas aislantes. La presente invencion tambien divulga un proceso para suprimir inductivamente la neblina acida de la electroextraccion, utilizando el dispositivo anterior. El dispositivo y el proceso de supresion de neblina acida de la presente invencion pueden evitar la formacion de neblina acida durante un proceso de electroextraccion de modo que pueda eliminarse la contaminacion por neblina acida y pueda realizarse una produccion limpiaThe present invention discloses a device for inductively suppressing acid mist from electrowinning. The device comprises a pole plate. A first insulating mesh and a second insulating mesh are respectively provided on two sides of the pole plate. Gaps are left between the first and second insulating meshes and the two sides of the pole plate respectively. A first insulating piece and a second insulating piece are respectively provided on two sides of an upper part of the pole plate and are respectively located above the first and second insulating meshes. The present invention also discloses a process for inductively suppressing acid mist from electrowinning, using the above device. The acid mist suppression device and process of the present invention can prevent the formation of acid mist during an electrowinning process so that acid mist contamination can be eliminated and clean production can be realized.
