La presente invencion se encuentra relacionada con una aspiradora con funcionamiento hidrodinamico que no utiliza filtro ni bolsa para llevar a cabo la descontaminacion que comprende: una carcasa; un motor electrico; un interruptor para encender y apagar el motor electrico; una tapa manija; un toma corriente para un cepillo motorizado; una pluralidad de sujetadores para un recipiente para agua; un gancho sujeta-cable; una turbina y tuerca de turbina; una entrada de aire; un recipiente para agua; y un soporte rodante, en donde el recipiente para agua es construido de materiales plasticos mezclados con plata en una escala de entre 1% a 6%
