Abstract
Que comprende: Un aparato para generar un haz de escaneo de penetracion de radiacion electromagnetica. Un haz de electrones es incidente en una sucesion de lugares especificos en un anodo concavo que emite ondas electromagneticas en respuesta a los mismos, de tal manera que las ondas electromagneticas que salen de una abertura se escanean sobre un intervalo de angulos dentro de un plano de escaneo en respuesta al escaneo angular de haz de electrones. El haz de rayos x se extrae del aparato mediante una o mas aberturas de salida en el hemisferio posterior, en el lado del anodo en el que se afecta el haz de electrones
