THE VALVE INCLUDES A REFRACTORY CONE ASSEMBLY CONTAINING A CENTRAL INTERIOR PERFORATION THAT FORMS A SANGRIA PASSAGE AND IS FITTED IN THE CONICAL ORIFICE OF THE REFRACTORY BLOCK. A PRESSURE GAS CHANNELING AND INJECTION SYSTEM ALLOWS TO SHAKE AND RECIRCULATE THE MELTED METAL INSIDE THE SANGRIA PASSAGE. THE SYSTEM INCLUDES ONE OR MORE HOLES IN THE VALVE COUNTER-PLATE AND A GAS DISTRIBUTION CHAMBER FORMED BETWEEN THE REFRACTORY BLOCK AND THE REFRACTORY CONE ASSEMBLY, CONNECTED TO THE INTERIOR OF THE BLEEDING PASSAGE THROUGH THROUGH PASSING GASES. THROUGH THE REFRACTORY CONE ASSEMBLY, AND CONNECTED TO A SUPPLY SOURCE OF GAS UNDER PRESSURE THROUGH ONE OR MORE DUCTS OR CHANNELS FORMED IN THE REFRACTORY BLOCK
