THE SSR IS BUILT WITH A PLURALITY OF JOINTS INCLUDING REGULAR JOINTS AND SPECIAL JOINTS THAT DEFINE THE SSR AND WHICH ARE SELECTED TO OPTIMIZE THE SSR FOR A SPECIFIC LOCATION. THE SSR IS ABLE TO CONNECT WITH THE MOUTH OF THE WELL, OR TREE ON THE SEA FLOOR, IT CAN ALSO BE SECURED TO AN ANCHOR DURING OPERATIONS. ALSO, A SMALL FRAME IS DESCRIBED ATTACHED TO THE SSR THROUGH A LINE SUCH AS A STOCK, WHERE THE RISE PIPE PROVIDES AN ANCHOR TO THE BOAT, AND WHERE THE SSR CARRIES THE FLUIDS FROM THE WELL TO THE BOAT AND FROM THE BOAT TO THE WELL. THE BOAT HAS PROVISIONS TO PROCESS THE FLUIDS FROM THE MOUTH OF THE WELL
