EL SISTEMA SE EMPLEA PARA LA PRODUCCION CONTROLADA DE RESINASWHERE THE METHOD INCLUDES: a) PASSING A SAMPLE OF THE MEDIA OF SAID PROCESS IN A SIDE LOOP AND ISOLATING THE SAMPLE OF THE REMAINING PROCESS MEDIA IN THE REACTOR; b) CIRCULATE THE SAMPLE IN THE LOOP AND TEMPER IT THERE TO A DESIRED TEMPERATURE; c) MAKE A MEASUREMENT OF AT LEAST ONE SINGLE PROCESS PARAMETER OF THE SAMPLE AT THE DESIRED TEMPERATURE; AND, d) CIRCULATE IN AN ISOLATED WAY A SAMPLE FRACTION OBTAINED FROM THE SUB-LOOP OF THE SIDE LOOP, WHILE THE REMNANT REMAINS INACTIVE, THEREFORE IT IS NOT PERFORMED TEMPERED IN THE SUB-BUBLE BY MEASURING ONE OR MORE PARAMETERS IN THE SUB SAMPLE -LOOP. TEMPERATURE IS ACHIEVED BY OPERATING A HEAT EXCHANGER IN THE LOOP. THE TEMPERATURE OF THE REACTOR OF SUCH SUB-LOOP IS OPTIONALLY MEASURED. THE SYSTEM INCLUDES: ONE EXIT AND ONE ENTRY; THE SIDE LOOP CONNECTED TO THE REACTOR VIA THE OUTLET AND INLET AND CONTAINS A SUB-LOOP, INCLUDED IN A MEASURING BOX, WHICH DOES NOT HAVE MEANS FOR TEMPERING AND IS OPERATED BY ISOLATING IT FROM THE LOOP; MEANS FOR THE CIRCULATION OF THE SAMPLE; VALVES TO ISOLATE THE SAMPLE IN THE LOOP FROM THE REMAINING PROCESS MEDIA IN THE REACTOR; MEANS FOR TEMPERING THE SAMPLE; MEANS FOR MEASURING AT LEAST SUCH PARAMETERS, SUCH AS SENSORS; AND, SCREENING MEANS INCLUDING A HOUSING WITH INLET AND OUTLET, A MESH STRUCTURE AND A FRAME INSIDE THE HOUSING THAT SUPPORTS THE SCREEN. THE HOUSING HAS TWO RIDGES ON ITS VERTICAL WALLS. THE SYSTEM IS USED FOR THE CONTROLLED PRODUCTION OF RESINS
