TAL QUE DICHO PROCESO SE LLEVA A CABO EN UN REACTOR CONFORMADO COMO REACTOR DE ARRASTRE O REACTOR DE SUSPENSION, CON UNA CAMARA DE FLUIDIZACION EN LA CUAL LA RADIACION DE MICROONDAS PROVENIENTE DE UNA FUENTE DE MICROONDAS ES ALIMENTADA A TRAVES DE LA GUIA DE ONDAS TUBULAR EN EL REACTOR, CARACTERIZADO PORQUE LA GUIA DE ONDAS TUBULAR ESTA CONFORMADA COMO TUBO DE ADMISION DE GASES Y QUE A TRAVES DE DICHO TUBO ADEMAS SE AGREGA UNA CORRIENTE DE GAS A LA CAMARA DE FLUIDIZACION IMPIDE LA SEDIMENTACION DE SOLIDOS EN EL TUBO DE ADMISION DE GASES
