EL PAÍS DE ORIGEN PUEDE SER EL MISMO QUE EL PAIS DE TERMINACIÓN. UNA LLAMADA ES RECIBIDA EN UN CONMUTADOR DE UN PORTADOR INTERNACIONAL. EL CONMUTADOR ENVIA UNA PREGUNTA QUE IDENTIFICA EL PRIMER PAÍS COMO EL PAÍS DE ORIGEN PARA LA LLAMADA Y EL SEGUNDO PAÍS COMO EL PAÍS DE TERMINACION PARA LA LLAMADA A UN PUNTO DE ACCESO DE DATOS DEL PORTADOR INTERNACIONAL. EL PUNTO DE ACCESO DE DATOS DETERMINA A PARTIR DE LA PREGUNTA QUE LA LLAMADA ES UNA LLAMADA INTERNACIONAL Y ENVIA UNA REQUISICION PARA UNA TRADUCCION DE ENRUTAMIENTO A UNA PLATAFORMA DE ENRUTAMIENTO REGLAMENTARIO DEL PORTADOR INTERNACIONAL.
