This platform therefore aims to provide a solution to the majority of these drawbacks. A health care service will now have to correspond automatically to a data as it should normally be done (no loss of data); this data will be immediately transmitted in the DHIS2, after its easy extraction or a spontaneous transfer if necessary (possibility of interoperability with the DHIS2); which will improve the means of collection, traceability, completeness guaranteeing the quality of the data, and therefore the sensitivity and precision of decisions and public health interventions. This system will also help reduce the risk of fraud and the transmission time through timely and permanent collection on the platform for adequate decision-making in real time, monitoring the quality of public health interventions based on the authenticity of the data beneficial for the care of the populations of the country concerned.

The platform includes a platform, the link of which is www.mamalpro.com. It is a web and/or downloadable application developed with the PHP language using the laravel framework. It is currently hosted on LWS but can also be hosted by another host.
