Abstract

A method for presetting contacts of an instant messaging account and presetting an address book according to a messaging relationship between roles is disclosed in the present invention, including: creating roles in a system, wherein during the same period, one role can only be related to a unique user, while one user is related to one or more roles; one user corresponds to one employee, and one employee corresponds to one user; establishing a relation between a user/an employee and an instant messaging account, wherein one user/employee is related to one instant messaging account, and one instant messaging account is related to one user/employee; and setting a messaging relationship between a messaging role and a messaged role according to the work content of the roles in the system. establishing a relation between a user/an employée and an instant messaging account, wherein one user/employee is related to one instant messaging account, and one instant messaging account is related to one user/employee; and setting a messaging relationship between a messaging rôle and a messaged rôle according to the work content of the rôles in the system, wherein said messaging rôle and said messaged rôle are both the rôles in the system; and setting one or more messaged rôles for each messaging rôle for which a messaging relationship needs to be set, so that a messaging relationship is established between an instant messaging account related to a user who is related to the messaging rôle or an employée corresponding to the user and an instant messaging account related to a user who is related to the messaged rôle or an employée corresponding to the user, and the instant messaging account related to the user who is related to the messaged rôle or the employée corresponding to the user is used as a contact of the instant messaging account related to the user who is related to the messaging rôle or the employée corresponding to the user.

establishing a relation between a rôle and an instant messaging account, wherein one 25 rôle is related to one instant messaging account, and one instant messaging account is related to one rôle; and setting a messaging relationship between a messaging rôle and a messaged rôle according to the work content of the rôles in the system, wherein said messaging rôle and said messaged rôle are both the rôles in the system; and setting one or more messaged rôles for each messaging rôle for which a messaging relationship needs to be set, so that a messaging relationship is established between an instant messaging account related to the messaging rôle and an instant messaging account related to the messaged rôle, and the 5 instant messaging account related to the messaged rôle is used as a contact of the instant messaging account related to the messaging rôle.

The method for presetting contacts of an instant messaging account according to a messaging relationship between rôles according to claim 5, wherein after an instant messaging account is related to a rôle, the instant messaging account related to the rôle 10 cannot be changed; or after an instant messaging account is related to a rôle and the instant messaging account is used, the instant messaging account related to the rôle cannot be changed.

The method for presetting contacts of an instant messaging account according to a messaging relationship between rôles according to claim 5, wherein when the instant 15 messaging account needs to be changed for a rôle, the role's relation to the original instant messaging account is canceled, and the rôle is related to a new instant messaging account.

The method for presetting contacts of an instant messaging account according to a messaging relationship between rôles according to claim 5, wherein said instant messaging account is an account of an instant messaging application in the system or an account of 20 instant messaging software provided by a third party.

A method for presetting an address book according to a messaging relationship between rôles, comprising the following steps: creating rôles in a system, wherein said rôle is an independent individual not a group/a class, and during the same period, one rôle can only be related to a unique user, while one user is related to one or more rôles; one user 25 corresponds to one employée, and one employée corresponds to one user; and setting a messaging relationship between a messaging rôle and a messaged rôle according to the work content of the rôles in the system, wherein said messaging rôle and said messaged rôle are both the rôles in the System, and setting one or more messaged rôles for each messaging rôle for which a messaging relationship needs to be set, so that a messaging relationship is established between an employée corresponding to a user related to the messaging rôle and an employée corresponding to a user related to the messaged rôle, and communication information of the employée corresponding to the user related to the 5 messaged rôle forms an address book of the employée corresponding to the user related to the messaging rôle.

The method for presetting an address book according to a messaging relationship between rôles according to claim 9, wherein when the employée corresponding to the user related to the messaged rôle corresponds to multiple rôles related to the user, the 10 communication information of the employée is not displayed repeatedly in the address book of the employée corresponding to the user related to the messaging rôle.
