Abstract
A continuous filling and rapid canning system for powder materials, comprising a feed unit (100), a rotary filling unit (200), a can body input unit (300) and a can body output unit (400), wherein the feed unit (100) comprises an annular feed groove (110) and a feed pipe (120); at least two feed ports (111) are formed in the annular feed groove (110), and one end of the feed pipe (120) extends into the annular feed groove (110); the rotary filling unit (200) comprises a drive element (210), a rotary base (220), a rotary disc (230) and a filling assembly (240); the rotary base (220) and the rotary disc (230) are all mounted on the drive element (210); at least two filling stations are formed on the rotary base (220); the feed pipe (120) is mounted on an outer ring of the rotary disc (230), and paired filling stations are connected to the feed ports (111) by means of the filling assembly (240); and the can body input unit (300) is used for conveying can bodies (001) onto the filling stations, and the can body output unit (400) is used for moving the filled can bodies (001) away from the filling stations. Can bodies are filled with the powder material while they are moved along on the filling stations, so they do not need to be stopped at set positions, thereby greatly increasing the filling efficiency.
