DETAILED DESCRIPTION
The present application will be described below in connection with drawings and embodiments.
The embodiments described below are merely intended for illustrative purposes but not to limit
the present disclosure. For ease of description, only part, rather than all, of structures related to
the present disclosure are illustrated in the drawings.
First Embodiment
is a flowchart of a method for opening an express delivery locker according to a first
embodiment of the present disclosure. This embodiment may be applied to a case where a
recipient controls opening of a locker door of an express delivery locker by one-click on a
pickup device. The method may be performed by an apparatus for opening the express delivery
locker. The apparatus may be implemented by software and / or hardware, and is usually
configured in an electronic device. The electronic device may be a recipient device used by the
recipient, an express delivery locker, a cloud server, or any electronic device that may execute
the method. Referring to , the method includes the following operations.
In step S101: a pickup message is sent.
The pickup message is a message service sent by a short message platform interface. The
message service is pushed by a short message channel of the recipient device. The message
service includes a variety of embedded templates, which may include a display interface and
an interaction area. Among them, the display interface is used for displaying a message to the
recipient, the display interface may be contents such as text, picture or video. The interaction
area is used for receiving instructions generated by the user’s touching. The instructions
generated in the interaction area may be determined according to the contents of the interaction
area.
The short message platform interface has the following types: 1. a hyper text transfer protocol
(HTTP) interface. This interface is the most commonly used data submission method in an
Internet era. The HTTP interface is used in the same way as the data submission method on the
website. 2. a web service provider (webService) interface. This interface is another commonly
used interface for grouply sending short messages. The use method of this interface is similar
to the HTTP interface. The WebService may be scheduled as the way of scheduling a general
function. 3. an application programming interface (API). This interface is used as another
commonly used short message group sending interface product. The interface is scheduled in a
form of dynamic link library (DLL).
is a schematic diagram of a user interface of a pickup message according to the first
embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to , the pickup message 10 at least
includes a first display interface 11 and a first interaction area 12, the first display interface is
used for displaying an express delivery locker in which an express package of a recipient is
stored and information of a first location in which the express delivery locker is located. The
first interaction area 12 is used for detecting a user’s touch operation and generating a locker
opening instruction according to the touch operation. The first interaction area 12 may be
configured to a button having words of “one click to open”.
In one implementation, the electronic device sends the pickup message to the recipient device
used by the recipient to remind the recipient that the express package is stored in a specific
cabinet.
In step S102, a locker opening instruction is received.
The locker opening instruction is an instruction generated by the recipient touching the first
interaction area. When the locker opening instruction is triggered, information of a second
location in which the recipient is located is uploaded to the electronic device at the same time.
The information of the second location is positioning address information of the recipient
device used by the recipient.
In a way to determine the information of the second location, the positioning address
information may be determined through a global positioning system (GPS) positioning, a
mobile base station positioning, a mobile hotspot (Wi-Fi) assisted positioning, and an assisted
global positioning system (AGPS).
In a way to determine the information of the second location, positions of multiple express
delivery lockers are collected in advance to construct a vector map, which is stored in the
electronic device. The express delivery locker provides multiple wireless hotspots, such as
wireless fidelity (WiFi) hotspots, and the recipient connects the recipient device to the wireless
hotspots. The electronic device may detect data generated by the mobile device through the
wireless hotspots so as to determine the position of the recipient device in the vector map to be
the information of the second location.
In a method for determining the information of the second location, a WiFi probe is installed in
the express delivery locker in advance, and a media access control (MAC) address, a probe
MAC address, a signal strength, a time stamp and other information of a sender device are
acquired according to the WiFi probe, thereby determining information of the second location.
In one implementation, when the recipient device detects that the recipient touches the first
interaction area, a locker opening instruction is generated, and the information of the second
location in which the recipient is located is associated with the locker opening instruction, and
the two are upload to the electronic device at the same time.
In step S103, a separation distance is determined.
The separation distance refers to a distance between the recipient and the express delivery
locker where the express package is stored. The distance is determined by analyzing the first
location information and the second location information and determining the distance
between the first location and the second location.
In step S104, in a case where the separation distance satisfies a first distance condition, the
express delivery locker is controlled to open the locker door.
Satisfying the first distance condition indicates that the recipient is very close to the express
delivery locker in which the express package is stored, indicating that the recipient is standing
near the express delivery locker and touches the first interaction area. In this case, the express
delivery locker is controlled to open the locker door, so that the recipient may take out the
express package from the express delivery locker.
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides: sending a pickup message, where the
pickup message includes a first display interface and a first interaction area, the first display
interface is used for displaying an express delivery locker in which an express package of a
recipient is stored and information of a first location in which the express delivery locker is
located; receiving a locker opening instruction, where the locker opening instruction is
generated by the first interaction area, the locker opening instruction includes information of a
second location in which the recipient is located; determining a separation distance, where the
separation distance is determined by the information of the first location and the information of
the second location; and in a case where the separation distance satisfies a first distance
condition, controlling the express delivery locker to open a locker door. It implements that the
pickup man may open the express delivery locker to take out the express package by one click
on the pickup man device without operating the express delivery locker or scanning
information of the express package through the mobile phone. At the same time, this
embodiment does not require additional hardware apparatus for the express delivery locker,
which greatly saves costs.
Second Embodiment
is a flowchart of a method for opening an express delivery locker according to a
second embodiment of the present disclosure. This embodiment adds a description of how to
send a pickup message and other contents included in the pickup message on the basis of the
embodiment one. Referring to , the method includes:
In step S201, identity information of the recipient is determined.
An express package includes identity information and address information of a sender, as well
as identity information and address information of the recipient. The address information of the
recipient is related to the express delivery locker in which the express package of the recipient
is stored, and the identity information of the recipient is related to the recipient device
receiving the pickup message.
The identity information of the recipient may refer to a set of identifiable ID data, such as a
user identifier (ID) and an account number, etc. The identity information of the recipient may
also be a phone number of the recipient.
In an embodiment, since the pickup message is delivered through the short message channel,
the telephone number of the recipient is used as identification information representing
different recipient.
In step S202, the pickup message is configured.
is a schematic diagram of a user interface of a pickup message provided in
embodiment two of the present disclosure. In this embodiment, the pickup message 10 at least
includes a first display interface 11 and a first interaction area 12, the first display interface is
used for displaying an express delivery locker in which an express package of a recipient is
stored and information of a first location in which the express delivery locker is located. The
first interaction area 12 is used for detecting a user’s touch operation and generating a locker
opening instruction according to the touch operation. The first interaction area 12 may be
configured to a button having words of “one click to open”. Among them, the first display
interface 11 may display “Your package with tracking number: XXXXXXXXXX has been
stored in [XXXX express delivery locker], address of express delivery locker: XXXXXXXX;
pickup code: XXXXXX; delivery man: XXX; if you have any questions, please consult with:
XXXXXXXXXXX”.“XXX” means information actually filled in according to the recipient
and the express delivery locker.
On this basis, a second interaction area 21 is added to the pickup message 10, where the
second interaction area 21 is associated with contact information of a service person. The
second interaction area 21 may be configured to a button having words of “contact the
customer service”. When the recipient clicks on the second interaction area 21, it will connect
with the service person according to the contact information of the service person. The
connection mode may be video call, voice call or text chat. The setting of the second
interaction area may enable the recipient to contact the service person in real time, and the
service person may feed back to the recipient in a short time, quickly solve problems
encountered by the recipient, and improve user experience of the recipient.
On this basis, a third interaction area 22 is added to the pickup message 10, where the third
interaction area 22 is associated with a function module. When the recipient clicks on any
function module in the third interaction area 22, the function module may be accessed through
the network. The function module may include an “order” module, a “shopping mall” module,
a “discount shopping” module, etc.
In one implementation, when the recipient clicks on the “Order” module in the third interaction
area 22, it can jump to a page for filling delivering information, when the recipient (which is a
delivery man in this page) fills sender (which requires real-name authentication) information
and receiver information, a cloud system recommends the express delivery locker for the
recipient to choose. After choosing the express delivery locker and a compartment for delivery,
the recipient selects an express company, post items and quantity, submits the order and pays,
the system locks the appointed compartment of the express delivery locker for this user. If the
compartment is appointed successfully, the recipient takes the package to the express delivery
locker for delivery and wait for the courier to collect.
In one implementation, when the recipient clicks on the “shopping mall” module in the third
interaction area 22, it can jump to a mall page in which products may be browsed and placed in
the shopping cart or purchased directly.
In one implementation, when the recipient clicks on the “discount shopping” module in the
third interaction area 22, it can jump to a discount page in which discounted and special
products may be browsed, selected and placed in the shopping cart or purchased directly.
Configuration of the third interaction area may realize a secondary conversion of the recipient,
thus digging user values of the recipient and collecting the user data through multiple channels.
In step S203, the pickup message is sent to the recipient by a short message central platform
according to the identity information.
In one implementation, the configured pickup message is sent to the recipient device of the
recipient through the short message central platform according to the phone number of the
recipient.
The short message central platform is a short message interface directly provided by the
communication operator to achieve the purpose of batch sending and customized sending of
short messages with the customer’s specified number.
Since the pickup message is sent through the short message central platform, the recipient
device is required to have a function of receiving the short message, the recipient device may
be other devices such as a mobile phone with an subscriber identification module (SIM) card,
or an embedded-SIM (eSIM) card.
Information transfer through the short message central platform may save traffic of the
recipient. Since the express delivery locker is usually installed in a relatively remote place in
the community, the network connection is usually not good. Using the short message central
platform for information transmission ensures stability of information transmission and saves
time to open the cabinet for the user.
In step S204, a locker opening instruction is received.
In one implementation, the electronic device receives the locker opening instruction sent by the
recipient device.
The locker opening instruction is received through the short message central platform.
In step S205, a condition that the separation distance satisfies is determined.
The condition that the separation distance satisfies here includes a first distance condition, a
second distance condition, and a third distance condition. A distance of the first distance
condition is less than a distance of the second distance condition, and the distance of the
second distance condition is less than a distance of the third distance condition. Generally, the
first distance condition is configured to be less than or equal to 2 meters; the second distance
condition is configured to be greater than 2 meters and less than or equal to 5 meters; and the
third distance condition is configured to greater than 5 meters. How to configure the first
distance condition, the second distance condition and the third distance condition may be
determined according to experience of those skilled in the art.
In step S206, in a case where the separation distance satisfies a first distance condition, the
express delivery locker is controlled to open the locker door.
When the separation distance satisfies the first distance condition, it means that the recipient is
very close to the express delivery locker, and the door should be opened so that the recipient is
able to get the express package.
The express delivery locker includes multiple compartments, which are used for storing
express packages. Opening the locker door refers to opening the locker door in which the
express package of the recipient is stored.
In one implementation, when the recipient has multiple express packages stored in different
compartments, the express delivery locker sends a reminder message to notify the recipient not
to miss the express package.
In step S207, a confirmation message is sent. The confirmation message includes a second
display interface, and the second display interface is used for notifying the recipient that the
express package has been collected.
is a schematic diagram of a user interface of a confirmation message according to the
second embodiment of the present disclosure. In this embodiment, the confirmation message
20 includes at least a second display interface 23, and the second display interface 23 is used
for notifying the recipient that the express package has been collected.
The second display interface 23 may display “Your package with tracking number:
XXXXXXXXXX has been taken out, thanks for using the express delivery locker”. If you
have any questions, please consult with: XXXXXXXXXXX”. “XXX” means information
actually filled in according to the recipient and the express delivery locker.
On this basis, a fourth interaction area 24 may be added to the confirmation message 20, and
the fourth interaction area 24 may be configured to include a button with words “Appreciate”.
When the recipient clicks on the fourth interaction area 24, the score of the delivery man of the
express delivery is improved. Through configuring of the fourth interaction area, it is possible
to effectively score the express delivery man.
In step S208, when the separation distance satisfies a second distance condition, the recipient
is prompted to approach the express delivery locker on the first display interface.
When the separation distance satisfies the second distance condition, it indicates that the
recipient is closer to the express delivery locker, but in the case of multiple express delivery
lockers, it is impossible to accurately determine whether the recipient is closer to the correct
express delivery locker. Therefore, after the first display interface of the recipient device
prompts the recipient to approach the express delivery locker, then click a “one-click unlock”
button.
In step S209, when the separation distance satisfies a third distance condition, the recipient is
informed the first location of the express delivery locker on the first display interface.
When the separation distance satisfies the third distance condition, it means that the recipient is
far away from the express delivery locker, which may be accidental touch or a case in which
the recipient goes a wrong express delivery locker. Therefore the first display interface of the
recipient device informs the recipient of the first location of the express delivery locker.
Third Embodiment

third embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to the device includes: a pickup
message sending module 31, a locker opening instruction receiving module 32, a separation
distance determining module 33, and a locker door opening module 34.
